Fitness, Food and Friends is a project inspired by Lincolnshire’s proud food heritage. It will see people aged over 40 getting out and about, becoming more involved in social activities and feeling positive about their future.
Sessions are at Hotlon Le Clay from 2pm-4pm every Friday.

excellent staff. reception staff very happy to help.many thanks to Helen shes always there with a welcome smile.im just getting over cancer treatment and she always takes time to ask if im ok. 3 of my grandchildren are in darrens lifesavers class and they gone from strength to strength Darren is a very good teacher also Katherine has got our 4th grandson happily from a very scared boy to a very confident swimmer.we are very pleased with his progress.we travel a 30 mile round trip to come to your leisure center.very happy customers many thanks.

Very clean I don’t thing anything to improve on

My mother took me and my 2 year old swimming today for the first time. Had a lovely time at this leisure centre. The water was nice and warm. Great value for money and will be definitely visit again :) staff were amazing thankyou.

My daughter had her party here yesterday and couldn't fault it. All staff were very accommodating and the lady who was with us in the sports hall was fantastic and entertained the children so well, i don't know her name unfortunately. Everyone had a brilliant time. Thank you.

Lovely well thought out modern pool. It's suitable for every ability. It's clean well staffed with helpful friendly people. Highly recommended

Im on a 3 day trial. What lovely friendly and helpful reception staff.

I done bodycombat. Great class. Great instructor.

Its a lovely gym. Have to travel 20 miles there 20 miles back so will consider carefully about membership.

Ill have to wait to join when there are financial offers available.

I've been going to the gym for a year now and since the first day, the staff have been so helpful, inspiring and just lovely. Thank you !

I just wanted to say a big thank you to staff for looking after my three year old son today when he fell on the slide and cut his head. The staff were very kind and helpful. As we was only in the pool half an hour we received a free swim voucher for us both which I thought was very kind of them. He is fine now after staff at Louth hospital treated him & sorted his head out. Thank you again.

Here today for open swimming gala, very impressed- so clean, staff very friendly but most of all I could have a sandwich because you actually have gluten free bread- well impressed with the cafe ���

Great place to go. Excellent gym facilities, the pools are great (my girls love the slides) and if you need a bite to eat or a drink i highly recommend the cafe.

Fantastic combat class with Laura on Monday nights........First Class!!xx

A huge variety of classes to choose from. Friendly and knowledgeable instructors. A great place.

* * * * * 5 stars. if you have never experienced keeping fit here is where to start. or if you want to take you kids swimming. start kickboxing or play basketball and a lot of other clubs. e.g. remote control car club. there is a cafe. and if you are a full member which is very affordable you can go to a lot of free classes and free one to one training. could not recommend any more.

We all love it here. A brilliant facility for all the family. Kids love their swimming lessons and I can't fault the teachers! My little girl (2) has just got her 25 metre badge due to yr fab swim teachers. My older boy has done equally well!

Ok a few niggles but still deserving of a 4 star review.

1. Advertising could be better. I seem to learn more from word of mouth rather than yr own advertising. Def could be improved.

2. Bins in family changing rooms need emptying more often.

3. Main pool can be quite cold at times.

4. Wish u would do a swim only package. Families love a swim together but can't use the gym together, esp with youngsters.

5. Your holiday clubs for kids are great but could do with more flexibility, such as half days, or a mo etc saver deal if u book over so many sessions perhaps.

6. Def more parent and toddler swim lessons. I've been asking for this for over a year now.

7. Would love you to return calls. U never do, I always have to chase you.

Just a few ideas based on chatting to other mums but still an all round great facility!

This is the first time I have ever been. I chose to go swimming with a friend. Staff are very helpful and I will definately be back again with my grandchildren.

There is still alot for me to explore, but , yes I will come again.

Staff very friendly and approachable very good training facilities offered - cafe area for food bought on the premises only could do with a little area for people who bring own snack - not just out of want but need because of allergies - free on site parking a big bonus

Leisure pool fantastic for our 4 month old grandson- his first time in a pool and he loved it. Very warm , changing facilities great for families.

We take my son to his swimming lessons every Tuesday evening and then all go swimming after. Normally we really enjoy it but the past few weeks the waters been absolutely freezing. We spend most of our swimming going into the baby pool just because it's slightly warmer but even this has been colder than previous. We have been considering going to Cleethorpes leisure centre as we have been to it a couple of times before and the pool has always been warmer than Louth's
