As some of you may be aware, I am expanding our family! Baby Bump Herring will be arriving in September and as such I will be going on Maternity Leave as of Monday 15th July. I will be running 3 clinic days before Baby Bumps arrival, which will run from 9am till 5pm at 75minute intervals. This week has shot by and I completely forgot this is my anniversary week. Thursday 14th March marked my 7 year anniversary as a qualified and practicing Bowen therapist, how times fly!! Just wanted I say thank you to all my clients, I’m so lucky to do my job and I love it!

MERRY CHRISTMAS Just wanted to wish all my clients, friend and family a wonderful Christmas and very Happy New Year!

After a few little logistical problems...deliveries and faults I now have a nice (working) (pretty) CD player for all those clients wanting some relaxing music whilst they have their Bowen treatments. As before those that voted in my poll you’re entitled to a half price treatment until 31.12.18 as a thank you 😀

Would my clients and prospective clients like the option of having relaxation music playing during their sessions? I currently don’t offer music, during a session because we are trying to limit external stimuli to the central nervous system and really boost the parasympathetic autonomic nervous system. However I do believe what I say; that my clients are the Boss, so please check yes or no to answer. Much appreciated 😊

Have had a lovely weekend with new clients coming having been recommended and existing clients returning for their top us, because they just love what Bowen does for them. I always feel very privileged and happy when doing what I love helps so many 😀

What a difference Bowen makes! Totoally new to the concept but amazed at the results. Severe shoulder pain and other ailments have been whisked away and I couldn't be happier. Jemma is such a lovely person too, makes the whole expeience that more relaxing!

Only had two sessions with Jemma for a very painful hip and sore back and I can honestly say that I am completely pain free and only slightly aware I have had a problem. Jemma is really lovely and Bowen treatment is fantastic. Thank you Jemma.

Love going to see Jemma, she is very friendly and professional. Find Bowen very relaxing and beneficial without being invasive.

Jemma is a magician! Brought my littlest for some therapy as she is a very restless sleeper always rolling and kicking. After her treatment she now sleeps solid for most nights and is more relaxed overall. Jemma was great during our sessions as well, letting her play while she carried out her treatment. The room was warm and inviting. Highly recommended by us!

I've had ME/CFS since 2008/9 so when I found out about Bowen I was a bit sceptical as nothing has really worked for me. How wrong could I be! I don't know how it works but I do know it does work. I have not had anytime off work sick for a month now and no pain. I get tired still but nothing compared to what it was like before. One time when I went to see Jemma I was suffering with a bad back. I didn't think I would be able to get off her treatment table it was that bad but after Jemma had finished her 1 hour treatment the pain had gone. Another time I had pain in my ankle from it being strained 8 weeks before, again, after 1 hour with Jemma the pain had gone. If you are considering Bowen then please do not hesitate. I highly recommend Jemma and the Bowen treatment. Jemma works very hard to make sure you are pain free. She is highly professional and extremely knowledgeable about the human body. I am so glad I have finally found a treatment that works.

I've had M.E since 2001 along with various other ailments. I went to Jemma to see if she could help my exhaustion, brain fog and general pain. When I got there I was very tired and had trouble focusing my thoughts. Genuinely, an hour later, after treatment, my head felt much clearer, I felt less tired and less pain. I will be going for further sessions and really hope this improvement continues. Jemma is friendly, professional and thorough. The treatment is painless and Jemma explains everything. Would recommend to all.
