We are now taking bookings for our next pie night.

We are looking for bar staff to join our team at MoCa. The hours will include evenings and weekends. No experience needed as full training will be given. Please pop in and ask for Kerry or give us a call on 01629 583973.

*******PIE NIGHT******* We have started to make our own pies. Come and try our deep filled homemade pies. We have a choice of Steak and Ale, Curry pie, Steak and Stilton, Chicken and Mushroom or Cheese, onion and potato. All served with either mashed potatoes or chips and mushy peas or vegetables. 5th June from 5pm till 8pm. Booking advisable.

Today is the final day of our beer festival. All ales £2.00 a pint.

Went with friends, very impressed. Pleasant atmosphere, all food came out very hot, which I like (I had sausage casserole which I can recommend). First time I had been but would certainly visit again.�

Very good, dog friendly bar/cafe. Reasonably priced coffee and lovely chocolate brownie. Staff were helpful and happy to get bowl of water for the dog.

One of my favourite bars in Matlock, staff are nice and friendly and knowledgeable about their real ales which they have on. Great selection of real ales, something for everyone. Plus I love the little outside area at the back. Love it ♥️♥️♥️

Popped in as it was advertised as dog friendly. It certainly was, staff made Dexter feel very welcome. The decor is great, choice of drinks very good. Did not try the food. A very nice watering hole. Will visit again when next in the area.

Outside terrace was closed due to work being carried out, fabulous choice of lager, beer and a large selection of spirits. Lovely staff and clean and welcoming. We shall return!

I had been to a football match on boxing day with a friend matlock vs Buxton we decided to go to the mocca bar after the match . A nice bar good beer and lagers available

Good beer, but why on earth do they have chairs too tall for the tables? Chop 6” off the legs for Gods sake.
