What is Reiki?
Reiki brings balance and healing to the body, mind and spirit. It accelerates the body’s natural ability to heal itself, while opening the mind and spirit to causes of dis-ease, dis-harmony and pain. It helps the body to reach an inner state of harmony – physically, mentally and spiritually.
Reiki works on any living thing, anything with an energy field, including plants, animals and people of all ages. Reiki is a support to the body and therefore, it works in conjunction with other forms of treatment or therapy.
The benefits from Reiki treatments can include pain relief, stress reduction, lowered anxiety, emotional healing, better sleep, improved immunity, enhanced vitality and increased energy. You don’t have to be ill to have Reiki
