The shelves have been half empty for months! What is going on??

Recently started using this Morrison’s - as it’s bigger I thought availability might be better than Victoria promenade. I was wrong - they never have full assortment, shelves are always empty and sometimes not restocked for weeks. I am now on my way to Waitrose after visiting both your stores in 24hrs to get the food missing from my weekly shop

I hope no-one ever needs medical attention or a first aider while shopping at Morrissons- kettering road���

the management and health and safety is an unorganised disgrace! I was applaud with the so called customer service i recieved today� yes it has been esculated. An under 5 child tripped over their signs outside whilst holding an adults hand and fell on a dangerous screw sticking out which caused a cut to the childs foot... could have been an eye or anything! Took child to customer service and requested first aider to clean it and apply a plaster as it happened on their premises. Waited 15mins with the child crying because no one knew who or if their was a first aider on site. The "duty manager" eventually turns up and says he doesnt know where any first aid kit is - to which i told them how embarrassing, incompetent and useless they were and took child to my car and used my own strile gloves and first aid kit i keep in the boot... thankgod! At the same time they were trying to get hold of someone on the phone to remove the sign and then had an underage worker giving him a h&s manual! Which i photographed... he then followed me to my car and stood there telling me i had to delete the photo and causing the child more upset being so rude and intimidating towards me. Please note the parents of this child are aware and have esculated further with formal complaints, the child is ok but very sore foot.

The staff even agreed it was disgustibg the qay they were treating us as they hadnt a clue what they way doing.

I have complained numerous times and have seen no improvements so far. Too many shelves are empty. Usual things we buy seem to no longer be available. No unsmoked bacon, just smoked bacon on offer. No Pepsi Max, no Kenco 3 in 1 coffee, staff don't care, attitude is 'sometimes we have it, sometimes we don't.' Due to no unsmoked bacon, we went to the butcher stall and waited for ages for someone to be bothered to come over to serve. Have complained to Morrisons website customer relations several times who have apologised and said they will forward to the manager. I think it's the manager who is the problem as the store is very poorly managed!
