Epic fail Morrisons. Why change from dishwasher tablets in cardboard boxes to ones in plastic bags. What planet are you on. Obviously not the same as the rest of us. Plastic is environmentally unfriendly. Whoever had this brian wave needs educating. Rapidly.

Another fiasco morning at Morrisons Whitefield!!! Not a bag for the shopping in the store!! The very kind checkout lady that served me managed to use a pedal bin liner for my shopping. They may look at the big picture of making the store new and fancy but unfortunately they haven’t got the ability to make sure there are bags to put a customer’s shopping in. Complete mismanagement!! You’d never see that at Tesco, Asda, Lidl or basically any other Shop. Idiotic is an understatement.

Absolutely terrible. The staff are rude and not helpful. The fruit and veg have very little or no shelf life and so much room has been given to the new kitchen and home and party area that everything else is squashed in and a lot of space is wasted. Staff training might be useful so that they will know how to talk to people with respect and not be so rude and abrupt. Won't be going again.
