I just want to say a massive thank you to Ella on customer services and the other 2 ladies that helped me tonight finding a cake I had ordered to store. They were so friendly and went above and beyond to make my little girl happy!!! Credit to your company �

This used to be good to go and get lunch but lately the salad bar has turned in to first come first serve cos it rarely is kept topped up and if you ask the staff they either ignore your request or say sorry I've got to make some more can you come back later

3rd time I've been in the last 10 days & no baskets again. Lots of things are not priced & when you ask staff they don't even know the price, have to take it to the till.

Oh dear! I'm not really sure if Morrisons in Northamp[ton know what Customer Services mean? They have gone to the trouble of building a nice Customer Services desk at the entrance, but it seems no staff are able to 'man' it until 8:00am - even when the store opens at 6:00am. I think the need to wait two hours far outweighs the extra points I was hoping to get as the petrol pumps seem unable to scan my Morrisons barcode on my car keyring - hence the long walk to Morrisons Customer Service Desk!
