Today I was served by Ann Louise, and I received exceptional service. We had a problem with our car seat, no fault of mothercare but faulty manufacturers. Not only did they sort out our problem, Ann Louise one of the managers took over an hour helping us get the right car seat for our car. She was polite, helpful and fantastic with my little boy. We can't thank her enough for the excellent service today and how relieved we feel to have sorted our car seat out. 5 star service going above and beyond what we expected. THANK YOU!

Thank you to the staff in Mothercare Lincoln who sorted out a problem I had with a car seat I had ordered online.

Although no thanks to the Mothercare customer service team who I rang and found very unhelpful and rude.

I went in today with my partner and neighbour for the expectant parent sale, the young lady who served us (put up with us how I see it) was exceptional, she was patient and well armed with information of all the products. She made a lot of effort with us and put us at ease with everything. I didn't catch her name unfortunately but she is such a credit to the Mothercare team.

Staff wasn’t help full going on about there car seats like there was training and collected mine to fined it had holes in it not impressed after 13 years and not a problem now this

Went into buy several items with my daughter today. Absolutely disgusted at the customer service. No one on top till so went to other one where assistant laid over counter said she was busy serving someone. No one there we said no one at top till she never apologised or said she would get some one. So we put items down walked out and went to mamas and papas who know how to treat customers. Totally disgusted in Lincoln store

Went to take a tommie tippy prep machine bck today to b told by the manager Katy that they wouldn't take it bck and had to ring tommie tippy I didn't buy it from them I purchased it from mother care on the 7th nov, rang mother care up wen got home & tommie tippy said said mother care was to take it bck as that's where it was from having to go bck for the second time Katy the manager was ignorant & no apology for wrong information & for my inconvenience, I wouldn't ever shop there again but looking at people comments on here I'm surprised the shop is still open the way it's run & people working for them.

I wouldn't even give these one star! After taking 250 pounds off us for a new car seat, got told delivery between 3-5 days after not receiving a email I rang customer services oh your order had been cancelled because it was out of stock, then 1 why didn't you ring me to tell me my order has been cancelled or at least email me no notification whatsoever and 2 take the order in the first place.

Took my money yes, but weren't gonna bother to tell me my order would never be coming to me. Absolutely disgusted and now I have to go all the way back to Lincoln which is a nightmare anyway and pay more money for parking to sort there error out and get my money back will never be spending money here ever again.

I went into your Lincoln mother care shop today to return my perfect prep machine that I purchased only a month ago it had not been opened. Yesterday I rant up to make sure it was ok to return as I didn't have the receipt but I did have proof of purchase they said" yeah no problem just bring it back and will give you full refund"

I walked 5 and half miles to return this item to be told no and to ring Tommie tippee to sort it out with them nearly 7 months pregnant I was not impressed with there service

I walked back home range Tommie tippee and they said" you have 12 months warranty and there should be no reason as to why you wasn't given a refund"



I then walked back to mother care gave them the reference number of proof I spoke to Tommie tippee which they had to clarify. They eventually gave me my refund with not apology

Very disgusted as it was the manager herself who served me

Appalling customer service. My dad went in store to ask for help adjusting the seat belt straps on my sons car seat to be told they wouldn't do it as he didnt have the receipt for proof of purchase on him. He was told to go Google how to do it. They were so rude. On that he tried but couldn't work it out. He then went to Halfords who helped him with it, adjusted the straps and secured the seat back in the car and did this for free. Exceptional customer service.

For a company called Mother'care' they certainly didnt care about my sons safety.

After visiting the store to return items following my 2 year old daughter passing away, the experience I received was hurrendous. No empathy or care for the situation we are going through. To the point staff arguing their point when they can clearly see a distressed person. Considering this is a store for children I am disgusted and when contacting head office they didnt seem too interested either. It is appalling and disgraceful! Shame on you mothercare.

Absolutely disgusted, my son and his girlfriend went into Lincoln store to purchase a black changing bag which was reduced from £40 down to £25, this reduction was also on at least four other bags. When taken to the counter they was told that bag was not at that price as sale had ended so they would have to be charged £40. Even when disputed the managers decision was final. Surely they should of removed this price when sale had ended. What is the point of pricing any of your products because you can't trust that to be true. Very disappointed !!!
