For Tuesday April 2nd, the adults session will run a little earlier - 7pm to 9pm

A reminder that there is no junior class this week for half term, and the adults session will be running from 7-9 instead of the usual 7:30 start 😎

Open to parents of junior members and adult class members/partners :)

Now 2019 is underway, it's time for some socialising :)
Aiming for the end of Jan/early Feb, we will be organising an adults and parents only night out.
The initial idea is to meet up at The Bari Indian Restaurant in Carlisle, then following on with drinks for anyone who wishes to stay out 'later' :)
... January would possibly be Saturday 26th, February would possibly be Saturday 2nd.
Can people get their diaries out and let us know on here, by Messenger (to the page or Chris), or during next week's session if they are able to join us, and if either night is better for them than another.

Training will be back for the adults session from Tuesday 8th January starting at the usual 7:30pm
Junior sessions will be running again from Tuesday 15th January again at the usual time of 6:30pm to 7:30pm

We have booked Adriano's in Carlisle City Centre for a Christmas Meal - all club members and family are invited. We will confirm numbers during the training sessions, however please mark yourself as 'Going' on the event if you wish.
We would request that members of the junior class are accompanied by a parent.

Sorry for the short notice, there will be no junior or adults session today, Tuesday 13th November, due to illness, should be all better for next week! I've tried to let everyone know individually, apologies if you miss my message.

Back to normal this week, junior session tonight (Tuesday) from 6:30-7:30pm, then the usual adults class following on - come and show off your new belts!

The teacher is friendly and very professionell. the group is nice and the skill level of all is just great.
