Very useful to move tools and equipment when doing DIY, gardening or other tasks. I will be using mine to transport fishing equipment from car to peg. It folds neatly to go in the car boot and has wide wheels so as to sink into soft ground or grass.

I needn't have been, because I took them to the shop, where very pleasant and efficient staff checked it over, agreed it was defective (it came directly from the maker), and arranged for a replacement to be delivered within 24 hours. Fantastic service!

Had problems with my electic mower purchased 6/7 months previous

no messing around a new replacement sent within a couple of days

Shocking service - posted me a NEW mower blade, arrived damaged (arrived in a plastic bag) they agreed to change it over the phone from pictures I sent via email, then refused to change the blade when I arrived after driving 20 miles (accused me of being aggressive) the standard 'I know I'm in the wrong' response from the server, I know its going to get damaged from use, but when I buy new, I expect a new UNDAMAGED item.

Service department very poor. Advised by 3 different staff members that lawn mower service and repair was completed. Had to chase repeatedly for return of the mower . Was told that the van had broken down and they were catching up with deliveries (subsequently told that the van was out of commission for some time as 'the boss was using it to move house'!). Failed to deliver on the dates arranged. No communication from the company. Transpires, when chased once again, that mower was not in fact ready. Mower returned at my request with service and repair incomplete - it had been with them for 5 weeks. The service department of this company need to address their communication, and perhaps more importantly, their honesty with customers.
