I would absolutely recommend Avin, he is professional and whatever he does works like magic - pain gone.

I was very seriously injured several years ago which resulted in losing my left arm and badly damaging other areas of my body - Leaving scar tissue and other on going complications.

Recently, I had quite severe back pain (sciatica) and needed immediate treatment. MSK Osteopath was found through Google. Avin is extremely knowledgeable and thorough in his treatment.

Very professional and a non fussy approach. After only 4 sessions of acupuncture, manipulation and other methods, I started to feel a dramatic improvement throughout my entire body - This was pretty much to the letter, as he'd explained in detail during the initial consultation.



I now see Avin on a maintenance basis and feel confident that he'll be able to ward off (keep at bay!) or successfully treat any future complications.

I was quite nervous about going to a new Osteopath, but needed one closer to home. I chose Avin as he was situated in a Drs surgery. I’m so glad I did, he sorted my back out in one session. I can’t recommend him highly enough.

I was in excruciating pain, unable to breath properly and move my upper body. As busy as Avin is, I left him a message and within an hour I had a phone call with an appointment, I arrived there 1 hour later and was assessed and observed thoroughly within a short amount of time. Mr Patel knew what the issue was within minutes and the formal, comforting and detailed discussion settled my nerves, Treatment began right away without wasting time and once treatment concluded I felt like a new person with after care advice and follow up appointment discussed. I left feeling extremely lucky I had come across such a fantastic osteopath. I would highly recommend Avin Patel.

I visited Avin at around 30 weeks pregnant having really suffered with SPD with both my pregnancies. I was really struggling to manage with my 3 year old as I was in so much pain and was recommended to Avin by a friend. After suffering till the end with my first I couldn't believe that after 1 session I was moving so much better and not having to take paracetamol every day. I continued to see Avin up to the end of my pregnancy and can't believe what a difference it made, would recommend to anyone that's struggling with SPD. I read about the positive effects of cranial osteopath online for my baby boy- he was a very unsettled baby- bad colic, very windy and tight in his whole body after a traumatic birth (he could only turn his head one way) as well as lots of other issues such as difficulty feeding! We went to see Avin on the Monday before Christmas and by the Wednesday I had a completely different baby- the colic had gone completely, he would pass wind without the need to scream, he could turn his head both ways and we got laughter and smiles which were few a far between before! We’ve had two more sessions since to help with the tightness and both times the improvements have all been so noticeable!! I wish I’d done it sooner- Avin is a very understanding person and was great with my son! I can’t thank him enough!

Found Avin on google. Was really easy to book an appointment online and it was for the very next day.

I had tension headaches and a sore neck. Avin quickly diagnosed the tension in my neck and upper back and treated it in the first session. I came back 2 weeks later and after that treatment there was no pressure to book in again. Instead I am to make an appointment as and when it is needed.

After the first session I was around 70% improved and now after the second I feel totally well.

Avin is really professional and very contactable when making appointments etc.

I would thoroughly recommend his service.

Excellent therapist, been to see Avin few years ago for lumber problems which he helped to sort out, but recently contacted him for a thoracic problem which he set right for me in a few sessions no problems at all now, so worth investing in a very important piece of kit...your back! would recommend him to anyone pleasant understanding guy who knows his stuff and very accommodating will always try to fit around you.

Avin is a straight talking guy, I've never been treated so fast for my sciatica. I've seen 3 physios who all told me not to expect improvement in their 4/6 week cycles of treating me. I've seen Avin 3 times and I'm no longer in pain. Here's hoping it never returns!

After struggling with the NHS and not getting anywhere, I went to see Avin, and I couldn't be more relieved. I have had back pain / sciatica (who knows, as the NHS wasn't giving me a diagnose, just throwing painkillers in my general direction), and after 6 weeks of agony, and being prone on the floor for over an hour one morning, I decided that my body is worth the money it takes to go see someone that takes me seriously. Not only did Avin identify exactly what the cause was, and treat this, but he did so in the most courteous and professional manner. I am still in awe at the vast difference in how you are treated as an NHS patient and a private patient. I wish I could afford to only have private treatment. That said, Avin's rates were very reasonable, and my health is important enough to spend that money to actually get better in stead of just treating the pain as NHS would have me do. Thank you, Avin.
