Unfortunately we had lost a driver to an accident and also chef had to go hospital so we had to wait for a replacement chef.

Used this curry house for years brill guys that run it lovely setting n best curry house for miles don't go anywhere else ya can keep the curry lounge thanks

We came in for the first time this evening and were pleasantly surprised. Pleasant atmosphere,service quite casual but in a nice way, food presented very well and absolutely delicious. Being able to bring in our own alcohol made a real difference to us as I don't like many drinks and sometimes end up just having water, and of course it makes it great value. We will definitely eat here again. Thank you.

Lovely staff , great food

My chicken ticka rogan josh was a bit strange. The meantime tasted old.I left half of it. My starter of mixed kebab was nice though.

Food was really good but felt very rushed to eat and vacate the table. 7 of us had 2 courses each and we were in and out in just over an hour and a quarter as there was another group waiting for our table. The plates were taken as soon as each person had finished eating which isn't great service. Shame as we like the food and it has always been good in the past, we had no chance to actually catch up with each other which was the point of the meal in the first place.

We have used Mumbai masala lots of times in the past, mostly every weekend. When ordering online or by phone the food comes quite cold but didn't put me off. This last time though was not so good as we never actually got the food at all. We called them and placed the order at 7.30 and were told it would be with us within the hour. We had to ring back at 8.50 to check and were told they would check with the driver and ring back. Again we had to ring back at 9.10 and were told it would be there soon. 9.20 and still no food. Time to call it a day and make a sandwich I think!

In all fairness i normally enjoy eating here. Its usually a fast service and good food. However the food i just had... the korma was obscenely sweet. The lamb was tasteless and primarily gristle, the chips were soggy and the service was slow. Especially for a Wednesday. 'Fraid to say, I wont be ordering again. Sorry guys.

Worst Indian ever. I thought Indian was always a safe bet as usually wherever you get it from it's always nice. I was wrong. The Indian was so greasy it had oil separated from the curry. I will post a picture if possible. It also took 2 hrs to come when was told 1hr. Rang after and hour and half for the person who answered the phone didn't even ask for my name house no etc just said 5-10min and hung up! Definitely wouldn't recommend and won't be returning

Ordered vegetarian meal and the chef thought it was funny to throw in a couple of chunks of lamb ruining our entire meal. Refunded but will never eat here again. Absolutely disgusted as previously we had enjoyed eating there.

Been ordering from here over a year and always been brilliant and very good quality food, however had a bad delivery of curry full of ghee, naan just eadable, rice not we we ordered and a rude delivery driver telling us how ill he was this was over a month ago, after 5 or 6 calls the manager called back and accepted the food quality wasn't up to standard and arranged a free meal of what we ordered previously which we was happy with, well, after that we have ordered again and after 20mins of ordering again the curry turned up full of ghee which we had to pour away, we are to embarrassed to complain again and unfortunately will go elsewhere
