I am a proud lifetime member of the Intellectual Groomers Association.
The Intellectual Groomers Association is a grooming organization dedicated to educational excellence. Members are offered many classes, both online and in person for continuing education and their certification programs guarantee their stylists are skilled in the breeds they are certified in. The safety and sanitation course is a critical part of the program and every member who wants to be certified must pass this test. If your groomer is a member of IGA you can rest assured that they care deeply about your pets.

I'm currently reading 'The Senior Dog Wellness Guide' by Sally Gutteridge.
I live with and groom senior dogs and for these reasons I like to ensure I'm doing my best for them. This book is beautifully written and packed with helpful information. I highly recommend this book to everyone who shares their life with a senior dog.

This is Star wearing a "happy hoodie" whilst being dried. They're made of elasticated toweling and they are fabulous for reducing the sound of the dryer, whilst also absorbing excess moisture. They are particularly good for those who are sensitive to the sound of the dryer or dislike having their head dried.
