N-Ergize Description

I am Miranda Golds-Jones. I am a qualified personal fitness trainer with 20 years training experience including a variety of physical activites such as races, long distance cycling, rock climbing challenges, personal weight lifting objectives and general health and wellbeing goals.
You are given one body when you land on earth and it is amazing machine. It needs to be nurtured and challenged. I sincerely believe that ANYONE can do this regardless of age, personal circumstances, physique or other factor.
I am here to support, advise and empower you to do this. I have felt the joys and the frustrations of training and dieting, I have felt the lows of non-achievement and the exhilaration of finally fulfilling a goal. I have thought, "I can't", but realised that, I can".
YOU CAN!
I have, over the last 20 years, trained for races, losing weight after having 3 babies, reaching personal fitness goals and for physically demanding job roles. I also have a degree in Psychology which also encompasses the science of sport, and I am currently studying sports nutrition.

Are you ruining your chance of having abs???
The truth is, abs really are made in the kitchen. If you're after those KILLER ABS it's time to look at your diet and maybe make a few changes ๐Ÿค”
Here's just a few foods to avoid if you're wanting those ABS OF STEEL;
... 1. Sugary Foods Cookies ๐Ÿช cakes ๐Ÿฐsweets ๐Ÿฌ you name it, these foods are a BIG NO NO if you're after a slender torso. These sugary foods taste AMAZING ๐Ÿ˜ฉ but.....they will certainly hold you back if you're wanting to further your results.
2. Refined Grains White bread, pasta, white rice you forget these bad boys ๐Ÿ˜ข Always reach for the unrefined options such as wholewheat, brown rice & quinoa. These options take longer to digest and give you sustained energy, keeping you feeling fuller for longer.
3. Salty Foods Eating food high in salt can lead to water retention making your belly look bloated. Try to buy reduced salt products where possible.
4. Processed Foods (aka fake food) Processed foods such as microwave meals and pizza are cheap and convenient, but they are packed with poor quality fats, sugars, preservatives and chemicals, that do not provide your body with the essential nutrients that it needs. NO GO AREA for killer abs ๐Ÿšซ๐Ÿšซ๐Ÿšซ
5. Fizzy Drinks As most of you are aware fizzy drinks are so bad for you, they are filled with sugar and the gas will bloat you. I hear a lot of people ask about the zero calorie options. STAY CLEAR โŒโŒโŒ the zero calorie/sugar free options are full of artificial sweeteners!!!! Artificial sweeteners affect your metabolism and PREVENT FAT-BURNING.
Conclusion: It's time to take a REAL look at how clean you are eating. Are you eating as clean as you could be in order to get those killer abs???
If you want the ABS, it's time to ditch the CRAP and watch the abs grow!!๐Ÿ™…๐Ÿป

So Cheryl Cooper, you were dead sure earlier that you'd done enough today and that you wouldn't be able to pull anything else out of the bag - HOW WRONG!!! Two great milestones today! Firstly running down the whole hill without stopping, very controlled technique and breathing and you ran further than you were meant to. Secondly, recovery time....breathing calmed down within seconds, as though you'd been for a brisk walk! So proud of you! !! Keep it going now missus. You've got it!!! Xx
