Went for my first treatment with Nadia today on the recommendation from my lovely friend Angie. Nadia has created a wonderful haven of peace in her treatment room and I felt instantly at ease. My treatment was sublime and very revealing. I can thoroughly recommend a visit to this lady. Sorry for tiring you out Nadia!

Really friendly service with lots of knowledge. I have previously tried Chiropractors & physio/ sports massage for an ongoing back problem and sciatic pain but did not get the results I'm now getting at Nardia's holistics, I can't thank her enough. Highly recommend.

Nadia...what on earth did you do to my knee last night??!...I have have had a painful knee for ages. Had Physio several times all to no avail. I mentioned it to yesterday, you did what you do on it, and I have not felt a single twinge since!! Still work to do I guess, but can't thank you enough. Love the new premises too...proud to be one of your first customers there.



Anybody even considering a visit to Nadia...just do it!!

Nadia is excellent, helped me so much with balancing my energies, even to the point where her pendulum broke in half, oops. Would thoroughly recommend. Excellent at all treatments. x

Nadia is brilliant! I had very bad shoulders and a back full of knots, Nadia has work her magic, got rid of them and I am no longer in pain daily!

Nadia heard through a friend that I had picked up an ankle ligament injury that had me off work, house bound and less than gracefully walking on crutches. She then contacted me on Facebook and offered to help get me back on my feet. I felt like nobody could come within a metre of my ankle but Nadia found a way to make contact with it and understand what was going on in there. She spent 2 hours applying a number of methods directly on my injury, and to connected tissue/joints. This sounds like a miracle......and it was, I WAS WALKING THE VERY NEXT DAY. The care didn't stop there, Nadia has stayed in touch to advise me on how to build my ankle back to full fitness and prevent a recurring injury through strengthening exercises and homeopathy. In sharing my recovery story with people, I've found that many other people have had the same experience! Thank you Nadia.

Just back from an amazing acupressure massage feel great and relaxed thank you Nadia you have magic hands and bamboo sticks! Thanks for all the advice also I will be back soon xxx

I was aching, tired, feeling flat, generally rubbish. So I sent the fabulous Nadia a message and, less than 12 hours later, I now feel whole again! Much better ranges of movement, my shoulders are less boulder like, I feel more connected somehow. . . And happy Can't recommend this lady enough.

I have to say that it was hands down the best massage/therapy I've ever had.



I've been having issues with my lower back for weeks and after seeing Nadia it now feels much better than it did. This was no simple massage, it included stretching and Nadia seemed to know exactly where I was hurting and how to deal with it.



Nadia was very friendly, professional and she created an atmosphere that very much put me at ease.



Will definitely be going back for more. 100% recommend and will be paying it forward :)

I am 35 weeks pregnant and needed some back relief. Nadia did a wonderful hot stone massage on me, gentle enough to sooth my muscles and make me feel relaxed. She is a caring therapist and I would defiantly go back for another treatment.

Had my second treatment from Nadia today after suffering with various aches and pains! She got rid of my headaches after my first treatment! She does an amazing job and is so easy to talk to about your problems. I had no idea what was causing my headaches, and she knew exactly what I was talking about! Thank you Nadia. You're fab ��

Had my first Nadia experience today and will certainly not be my last! Having had many massages and spa treatments in the past, I have to say, this was a different technique than I'm used to and I absolutely loved it! Nadia has a great energy and don't be fooled by her small frame.....she's powerful! My back feels amazing and I left the treatment room floating on air and totally chilled.....love what she's done with the decor too, a little relaxation haven! Would highly recommend! Xx
