Sells wonderful products and I especially like their OPI range of nail strengtheners (available with or without formaldehyde), base and top coats, etc. and great nail files and buffers. Delivery is free in the U.K and very prompt. I have ordered from them several times and would not hesitate to recommend this Company.

Reasonably priced, great range and always a huge sale on. I've ordered 3 times and always been happy with my purchases. My one suggestion would be to make some changes to the website, if you choose an item to browse it sends you back to the top of the page when you open a new tab or click something.

Placed my first order on Thursday & it arrived today (Saturday). Very well packed. Delighted with my purchase. I wanted to post this package as a birthday gift, I was told at the post office that I could only send 4 bottles in one parcel. It would have been helpful to be given that information when ordering. A slip of paper with the information in the package would have been great. Otherwise delighted ~ thanks!

I have always had excellent service and helpful advice via the telephone. All purchases have been very successful, with really fast delivery and good packaging. Definitely genuine products and a very reliable, trustworthy company to deal with.

I buy my Zoya and some of my A-England polishes from NPD - Zoya especially is difficult to get hold of in the U.K. and so it’s brilliant to have such a big range available. When A-England aren’t having an offer on their site, NPD is extremely competitive. I tend to bulk buy a few at a time when I’m feeling flush, and was particularly impressed with my second order which was placed on a Friday afternoon at approx 3pm and it arrived the next morning! Thanks guys for top-quality items and excellent service.

Found this site by mistake best mistake I made so cheap all genuine & very quick delivery & free delivery on every single order have ordered twice in a week & told all my friends about it �

Found this company about 4 years ago and have been ordering from them ever since. I never have big orders maybe 2 or 3 bottles here and there, they have always arrived within a few days (usually next working day) and the price is the best I've found for what I order (used to be China glaze and I'm now onto OPI infinite shine!) So all in all fabulous, no hesitation in recommending them!

Absolutely great range of products, easy to place an order, and international delivery has been very fast!

Placed order for OPI products which arrived within four days. Well packed and full bottles. However, my bank's fraud detection department contacted me to verify the transaction. As my purchase was the last one before someone tried to use my card fraudulently, I'm reluctant to use this company again. Of course I have to prove it but did make me wonder if Klarna is as secure as claimed!

Unfortunately on this occasion I am not happy with the service. I placed an order on 13/06/2018 email received on 14/06/2018 to confirm my order had been despatched for delivery. I sent an email on 20/06/18 as my order had not been received. A reply was received from Shannon stating I had selected. Standard delivery and this a 3-5 working day service and to allow up to 21/06/2018 for receipt. On the 22/06/2018 my order had still not been received so I tried to telephone line was engaged so a further email was sent a quick reply was received asking me to confirm my delivery address and to check with neighbours for receipt of the parcel on my behalf which I did before replying. I also mentioned that I had not received a card to confirm that a delivery had been attempted. A further email was sent to me on 23/06/2018 to confirm my order had been sent to my address and that the courier APC attempted to deliver on 15/06/2018 but there was no one to sign for the parcel so it could not be left. I was provided with details to contact them to rearrange delivery but when I called there was no reply. By now I was furious so I sent a further email asking for Nail Polish Direct to contact APC and rearrange the delivery the response was I can confirm APC do not open on a Saturday if you would like to call them on Monday to rearrange delivery. I have responded and I have again asked them to sort this out and stop passing the buck. I await to see what their response is. I have made it clear that if the cannot sort this out to cancel my order and refund my money.

The real reason I'm giving 1 star is because of your delivery charges to Northern Ireland. We are in the U.K and therefore I fail to understand why suddenly free delivery iis no longer an option as it was previously!!!!! I refuse to pay more postage than anyone else and quite frankly I have found other sites to be cheaper. Not impressed

My first order arrived promptly and the one issue I had with it was solved quickly too. My second order? Last I heard it was dispatched on the 7th July for the 3 to 5 day delivery option ... still waiting and no answers to my email query I sent 3 days ago. You've taken over £130 off me for the order, yet can't even answer an email about it in a decent time frame? I was gushing about the initial service I received but now I wouldn't recommend Nail Polish Direct at all.

I ordered a Christmas gift in November to avoid issues with delivery upon the actual December month.

This is my first time as a customer and certified last - they have no customer service level from the Adviser to the Supervisor in order to aid and willingly assist to resolve their problems.

The main predicament was lost parcel of the first order where I had to relentlessly phone to chase an update. Where I was presented with a person who I can only describe as the Little Britain character where her catchphrase is 'computer says no'.

I had to be initially extremely assertive and later - necessarily rude in order to get any action from this company.

Where they still anticipate me to resume being compliant and ask me to return the second order they reluctantly dispatched, which was no longer the identical gift as they were sold out. I had to hesitantly select another colour range. Have they not heard if the courier failed to deliver a parcel they return it to the sender?!

Finally result, I demanded a refund and they will receive the second order/parcel if their chosen courier company returns it to Nail Polish Direct.

You should not become a fool and have aggravation from a company that just nick your money and not received anything but hassle. Which is my current status until I receive a refund if they can conduct that task? Otherwise I've been robbed.

Horrible costumer service. Scratched bottles (gel polish) one of them empty, no return papers in the parcel!!! Now they want me to print the return papers (1 pound) and they didn't accept the package with the empty bottle ( almost 2 pounds) because I didn't put inside the return papers... more that 10 emails in 2 weeks!!! They try to convince me that I'm the one who is mistake.... I afraid that that's their way to make extra money.....with frauds!!!!
