Lovely food was so busy they had ran out of chicken thighs but changed the meals to suit all staff were lovely no one came round to check everything was okay though but presumed it’s because they were so busy only down side is the people taking there breaks were sat next to us being quite loud but everyone needs a break :) be back soon

Spot on. I ordered sweet potato fries and it came with a pot of what looked like bird seed on the side. I honestly didn't know what to do with it so I added it to my coleslaw! �

Was having a great night, came in as a table for 5, ordered our food as our food arrive the waitress said, right! Chicken bits, chips etc bearing in mind i ordered thighs not bits and also to have her launch a peri-naise at my partner as she couldnt reach him over the booth, threw sides of halloumi on the table and said and pointed to the food station is that your bit of chicken with yellow stuff on (i believe that was cheese) to my friend, how the standards has slipped, didnt even look like she was a trainee. Was very disappointed during my visit.

I fucking love this place but you be pissed me off tonight youve closed it down and not told anyone !?! You would of gotten 5 star if I would of gotten prior notice and not had to drive all the way up from kirstall for my daily dose of chicken! im proper pissed off

First time at the birstall restaurant yesterday,burger was sent back twice roll was rock hard and was not editable. Disappointed that i payed £11.95 for my meal and to receive about 10 chips was totally unfair � will stick to kirstall restaurant in future.

It was first ever visit and me and my husband were planning for long time to go. So on the entrance we been welcomed by (to my standard very) loud music and given table with menu. I wanted to leave after 15 minutes when no one took our orders. Then we realised you need to order by till. OK, done. We been quickly served with our starter but 2 minutes afterwards our main meal is ready too! I felt like being rushed to eat and leave them (staff) alone. It's like fast food pretending to be restaurant. Definitely not my thing. I believe lots of students love it as it was mainly them. Food was good but what is actually Portuguese from your menu? Naan bread? Haloumi? Just because you have piri piri in everything doesn't make it Portuguese food (my opinion)

I ordered my food My wraps was freezing cold not even slightest bit warm, my chips was cold but my mash was alright the staff was lovely but they need to up their food to good standards I won’t be going again

Food was good. Considering I went for a family meal. Two people got their meals and then me and my partner got ours after everyone else had finished theirs! Complained to the waitress and didn’t get an apology! Disappointed

£40 for a meal to be 4 minutes into our starters then have our mains shoved under our noses. Told the waitress we weren’t ready for the mains for them only to come back two minutes later whilst we were still eating our starters. The waitress clearly didn’t like that I snapped at her however you should be given chance to eat, the waitress shared her story with her colleagues for them all to be stood in a group staring. Completely understand that kids need a job but some customer service training wouldn’t go amiss as it’s brand damaging.

So it’s now been 10 months since I had a piece of a plate in my food in Nando’s Ealing Common, and despite the fact that Nando’s obviously accepted full responsibility I have had nothing but long periods of radio silence and being passed from one person to another since!!! I am a younge person trying to get on and get my life together and it is an absolutely disgrace that a billion pound company use tactics these , hoping people will give up so that they do now have to pay for their mistakes!!

Ordered Nando’s at 5.30 it arrived with no chicken just sides. Called and told them and they said they would send again, I said we want new side orders as they were getting cold so would not be nice when chicken came, they told me it would have sides so I could throw cold ones away. When it arrived it was just chicken, phoned again and said whole new order would be sent. It’s now nearly nine and have had to phone again as still waiting. First guy I spoke to had cheek to say when he called me back and said he never said I would get whole order again. But then said we would get order. Just spoke again and been told the manager at this Nando’s said food had been delivered three times here which it hasn’t. We were waiting for the third and hopefully right order. Basically the manager lied and refused to send our order. Came home tired from work and thought won’t cook tonight yet it’s 9 now and have to as cash takes few days to go back in bank. Only good thing getting full refund and £40 gift card. Wont be using gift card at the elephant that’s for sure. Won’t be using delivery again either, friend told me she had similar problem with elephant and castle one. Trust me don’t bother with Nando’s delivery it’s a joke.

Just been to Nando's Birstall and I'm sorry to say I'm disgusted with some of the staff. I went to change my 3 month old baby girl in the changing room and when coming back to drop the key at the counter I slipped on water that was on the floor nearly dropping my little girl. Luckily I fell into the counter and managed to stay on my feet. Everyone could clearly see what had happened and the women behind the counter (Laura) came round to look at the floor where I was. I was very shaken up as you can imagine and I had gone over on my ankle so I was in pain but more worried about my daughter. I then went to sit down to eat. I actually thought that someone would come over to my table to make sure I was ok and that my daughter was ok but unfortunately no one did! Only a customer asked me if I was ok! I don't intend taking any action towards Nando's but I wanted to bring it to people's attention. A little common decency goes a long way! On a nicer note thank you to Tash who works there she was very kind and thoughtful.

Had the butterfly chicken. Over-cooked and dry. Friend's food was the same. Last few occasions have been hit and miss which it shouldn't be for the price but still the place is packed.
