Would like to thank Gail at Corby Nandos for great service. We took my partners 2 girls for dinner on Sunday and ordered a plain chicken wrap and a plain chicken pitta (the girls are very adverse to salad/sauce etc.) Unfortunately both came with salad and sauce which was not well received, before a meltdown happened, I spoke to Gail and she replaced their meals with completely plain ones free of charge within minutes. Great customer service with a smile! 5* server.

Went out for dinner tonight with the two moms, chose Nando's Corby for our night of fun out, great service (well done to Gail) friendly staff, food delicious good all rounder well done (and it couldn't have been easy, it was busy, and the staff made it look so easy) again Well done

We've eaten here a few times as a family and had a take away and always been pleased with our experience, today about 20 of us dined in for our daughters' birthdays and the service was excellent - our food was speedy and the staff were attentive - one minor confusion sorted quickly and a really great meal had by all. There were 8 kids under 4 with us and no one battered an eyelid at this; it's so refreshing being able to eat out with kids and not be made to feel like you're inconveniencing anyone.

Visited yesterday with my two sisters, food was amazing, ordered food and arrived within five minutes, restaurant was really busy, atmosphere was very relaxing.

The one thing I love about Nando's is the fact it tastes great no matter where you go to eat it... It just so happens Corby is the closest and therefore the best

Genuinely think this was the best nandos i have tasted! the service was brilliant, food was with us in 10 minutes and tasted delicious. Will be coming in more often now me thinks

A great place to come, especially with kids. Our meal wasn't what we'd ordered, but the manager sorted this quickly and when our meal came it was delicious! I can't rate this place highly enough. Fantastic food and good value for money!

Service very poor, girl taking my order was far more interested in the conversation she was having with another member of staff than taking my order; food not great, had a whole chicken; I've seen bigger budgies; very poor value for money!

Not worth the money we had a sharer and 2 large sides whole chicken wasn't worth the money mine was all bone and no chicken quite disappointed.

Cold food poor value for money and also a 45 min wait for the food chicken was also dry and garlic bread dry and bland.

Worst chicken i have had from Nandos in my 20 years of dinning with them. It was not grilled enough and there was no spice on my chips yet i ordered periperi chips. Its sad it was a take away so only noticed it when I got home.

When you turn up to a Nando's, sit down, decide what you want and go to order, only to be told that there is NO chicken whatsoever, it is bad enough.

When the manageress shows absolutely no contrition and is actually surprised that you might not want salad and sides, and offers no apologies, that just the experience to a whole new level of appalling!!!

Absolutely unacceptable. They should not have been open under the circumstances.

Went with friends to the Nando’s store in Corby 5th January 2018. We ordered and paid separately but our table number was the same (surely that’s common sense and self explanatory that we would like to eat at the same time), however, this was not the case. Our friends meals arrived within a satisfactory time, the waitress advised ours would be “right out” - 20 minutes later I requested to speak to the manager as our overall wait had amounted to 40 minutes, our friends had nearly finished their meal. Pedro, the manager (who was poorly dressed) approached us to which we explained our situation, he replied with the cooking time is longer for what we had ordered (but yet I had ordered before my friends), therefore why wasn’t ours cooked first? He replied “because we cook on a ticket basis and that’s our system” which evidently doesn’t work when people are paying separately. He argued with me for around 5 minutes, declined my request of a discount, was rude and had zero managerial or customer service skills. He offered to refund me the money but not had the food we had already waited now 45 minutes for (how courteous of him, NOT)! Still arguing with me and insisting their “system” is faultless I just asked for the food I’d ordered and paid for and that I didn’t wish to discuss it any further and he STILL wouldn’t leave the table until I was left with no option but to sit there and ignore him! 5 minutes later our food FINALLY ARRIVED!!



I will be posting this review everywhere possible to make people and a Nando’s aware of their system that doesn’t work, it isn’t uncommon for couples to pay separately. I also want to express the sheer rudeness of the manager Pedro, most certainly should not be working within the food or customer service industry and is giving Nando’s Corby a bad reputation.

Was there waiting for 15 minutes, not to bad, but the restaurant was barely full. Then was ignored by one of the staff, the face the lady made, really? Left the place to go opposite, Palleto.

Never again.

Was first asked to pick a table when we did got to the table and was dirty not would you like me to clean that more here sit at this other table and once ordering food they took our order then failed to tell me they didn't have boneless chicken or spicy rice and said there is nothing we can do (order more chicken would help ) so we left to go to a more stocked restaurant rbw very unsatisfactory nando s !!!!

Very rude manager. Food bought out 15/20 minutes apart from each portion. Two people on our table finished before the other food had even arrived.

Paid for a double chicken burger and was given one breast that had been cut in half I wasn’t fooled. Not acceptable in my opinion never had this at any other Nando’s previous

Ordered some food not long ago this evening. Waited 25 minutes for my food to get it home and I have undercooked chicken. Would not recommend to anyone. Not a happy customer. Rude and miserable looking staff also not a very pleasant place to visit.
