This Nando's is spacious and clean. The staff are all very willing to assist.

I arrived following an horrendous 4 hour journey From York (usually a straight forward 2 hours) to spend the day with my twin sister, who is undergoing immunotherapy treatment every 3rd Monday for melanoma.

My sister was already sat enjoying Hot chocolate when a lovely young man asked me if I would like a drink too before we order our meal. He was so caring and concerned about me and also my sister. He brought me a perfect cup of tea, refusing payment for it, saying it was his gift to me!

Chivalry is alive and well at Nando's. I will certainly be eating here again. (I didn't get the young man's name - he would be late 20's with a nicely groomed beard - just incase the chain would like to reward him!! ����

The service from the staff is great and the food is delicious and even though tjhey are buysy the staff always give you a service with a smile �, so thanks to allk the staffg at nandos well done.

Popped in here at a busy Saturday lunch time with my wife in a wheelchair. Asked the reception how long the wait would be and was told 5 mins. 5 mins later we were seated at a nice table with a chair removed to make way for the wheelchaor. Food ordered promptly and delivered within minutes. The manager even helped my wife with the sauces which was nice. Food was hot and tasty. Will defo go again soon.

Only discovered Nando's last year ...my kids go alot...so I went along to see what all the fuss was about...Well now I know....Its delicious...

Had a particularly good experience here tonight. Tried to order online but the system wasn't working, so popped into the restaurant. I was told my meal would take 20 minutes to prepare, I didn't mind waiting...however 15 minutes later I was told it would take a FURTHER 20 minutes, I was slightly disgruntled but wasn't in a hurry, but then I was offered something to nibble while I waited and was brought a takeaway cup to help myself to a drink! I didn't have to argue and make a fuss to receive excellent service and a wee freebie to make up for what could have been a disappointing experience � good job Nando's!!

Arrived very late on a Friday night at 11pm and wanted food after a show, other restaurants wouldn't serve us as kitchens were closing down, Nando's let our party of 7 in and were excellent with us we stayed til late and all are well. Thank you Nando's.

Smaller portions but excellent service

My first ever Nandos...a warm welcome, friendly service and fantastic food. Although I was overcharged on my order and lack of cutlery meant my knife and fork didn't arrive till 5 mins after my food had arrived, I didn't let this spoil my experience. I will definitely return but maybe when they're not so busy.

Couldn’t fault the food or service, would of been 5⭐️but the toilets were not very clean at all. And we ate really early in the day so it’s not as if lots of people would of been to use them.

it was very cold in there there was a free standing heater one end they put us by the window I asked to be moved because it was cold

Went for lunch yesterday at beginning of lunch service. Food portions were sparse including a small amount of chicken, could of been warmer.

Ladies toilets were disgusting.

Waited a long time for food but platter arrived and couldn’t fault it thank you. Only complaint was ladies toilets yuk how about introducing a check clean tick sheet system?!

I have only given this place a 3 star thanks to an amazing waitress called Eva on the 31st of January I was in Leicester with my husband taking my son to De montfort university for a interview we had travelled all the way from Newquay Cornwall. Had long day and dying for food went to this nando's and wait was 45 mins not been told by moody guy behind counter it would be that long and when food came over order was wrong starving unhappy but then food was dry and chicken cold by the time sides arrive that were already on receipt thankfully I called over waitress and said my upset Eva cheered us up and made us laugh I feel reasured when returning it will be better Thank you Eva and thank nando's is always great to meet such lovely characters in people's staff :-) if food was not a problem I would of put a 5 sorry :-(

Needs better management , food sits around waiting to be taken to tables and staff are chatting and not using their initiative or only go the allocated jobs.

I got their asked 4 a table 4 3 and I was telled to wait then some more people come in and they were seated straight away after 10 min asked one of the staff member y r other people getting a table and not me she said sorry I did not kno then after 20min I got a table

Hot glasses straight from the dishwasher for cold drinks ? Wt..? � seated next to the open door #cold also seated next to reception #heard every moan and problem the staff had #very unprofessional # over priced ...came out hungry still �

Not worth the money , overpriced dry chicken that I could’ve cooked better myself at home

Came here today after not being for in for a year and I can honestly say I have never felt so disgusted in how bad the quality of chicken was however I did ask to make a complaint and the manager was very apologetic and ended up giving us some chicken to take away but me being nice ended up giving it to a homeless person in Leicester as I thought they would appreciate it more than myself
