Drinking Water will be part of your treatment too. Hands may be place on or over the body during treatments. Comfortable clothing is to be worn, barefeet or socks , sorry no shoes allowed (im used to pongy feet so dont worry) Treatments may take place sitting on a chair or laying on treatment couch.
