Here's a close up of Dave (see below) to show just how handsome he is. 😺

Dave (not sure why we’ve called him that but it seems to suit him) came into care after he had been straying for at least a couple of years. When he first came in he was a little shy, his fur was matted and very dirty, and he was quite smelly (he was un-neutered), but he quickly blossomed into a very handsome and extremely affectionate chap. Dave is black and white, longish haired, and looks about four to six years old. He has now been neutered and microchipped, and has start...ed his vaccinations. As you can see from the attached video, he is very affectionate, and even likes being groomed! Dave is very laid back so we think he will be okay with children but we don’t know if he has been used to dogs or other cats. Having said that, he has seen other cats at his foster home and he took no notice of them so hopefully he will be okay with them.
Dave isn’t quite ready to go to a new forever home just yet as he needs his second vaccination and, as he was neutered only a few days ago, still pongs a bit so he needs to wait another week or so until his unwelcome fragrance goes away (which it will, as it only takes a couple of weeks or so to die down). If you would like to know more about Dave or think he is the right cat to join your family, please give us a ring on 0116 288 2014 and have a chat. Many thanks and please feel free to share Dave’s story.

We have had a very sweet little female cat come into care a few days ago that was straying in the Blaby area. She is black and white, quite small and looks to be approximately 12 months old, although she could be older. She does not have a microchip. Please give us a ring on 0116 288 2014 if you think you know who this little cat may belong to. Proof of ownership will be required. We would be grateful if you could share as much as possible to see if we can find her family. Many thanks. 😺

The things you have to do to make sure one of the cats can't escape out of the cat flap the night before a trip to the vet! 😹

Does anyone recognise this little boy. He came into us as a stray after he was taken to a local vet in Oadby. Already been advertised on the vet's Facebook page but nobody came forward. He looks anywhere between 1 and 3 years, neutered, not microchipped. If you recognise him please give us a ring on 0116 288 2014. Proof of ownership will be required. Many thanks and please feel free to share. 😺

We have had an un-neutered male cat come into care a few days ago. Apparently, he's been straying for a couple of years. Not microchipped. Longish haired. Affectionate. If anyone thinks they recognise him please give us a ring on 0116 288 2014. Proof of ownership will be required. Many thanks and please feel free to share. 😺

Can everyone keep a look out for this cat. Not sure, but think it went missing in the Hinckley area. Many thanks. 😺
