Today!!

Went to Pets at Home in Loughborough to buy rats yesterday and was bitterly disappointed with their customer service and selection of products. With a quick Google search and a short trip we went to Natural World and found excellent service and a brilliant choice of products at a good price. We walked away very happy with 4 rats and a huge cage. Thank you so much guys for your help and quality, friendly and knowledgeable customer service.

Went here today to get some fish and Sam was great, can tell how much he loves his job and how devoted he is to the fish. He gave us great advice and we couldn't be happier. Thanks Sam �

We came in today to bring home your Hermann tortoise. Tom was extremely helpful and showed us everything we needed and explained it all thoroughly. We thank you ever so much and now our new little addition is all settled in very nicely and charging (at tortoise speed) around his new home! ��� we will surely be in regularly for more tortoise bits and pieces in the future

Visited this morning to buy a new cage for our syrian hamster. Staff member was very lovely, helpful and knowledgable. Really happy with my purchase. Always use this store because of the great service and choice of pet products. Happy customer and even happier hamster �

Very helpful and kind. Have good advice and made sure we were all ready for our chinchillas �

Urgently needed cat food special diet only can get it here travelled from Melton. Only to arrive just as the young lady was locking the door of the Syston shop.



Told her what I wanted and she unlocked the door help me find the food and because the tills were all closed waited for me to get cash from the tesco hole in the wall.



I didn't catch the young lady's name but she saved me a trip back to Syston the following day. thank you very much excellent service

This store has a huge selection of everything you would need for your pet, the staff are trained to an exceptional level and can advise you on any issue with your pet and save you huge amounts of money at the vets by changing simple things like diet. Fantastic shop I have visited a lot of pet shops and would say this is one of the best in the country.

Recently bought two Guinea pigs before Xmas! Lovely piggies great service very helpful especially Ryan and you can tell they really care for their animals!! Thankyou from a very happy customer and four delighted daughters :-) sure we will be back

Nothing but praise for Naural World. I often visit to purchase many of my tarantulas from highly knowledgeable and helpful staff. Recommended to my Dad as his black labrador was having many issues with digestion over a period of time. Spoke to an amazing specialist who took a great deal of time to explain the possible reasons and managed to sort out the issue through guidance and recommendations. I never go to any other pet shop.

Never knew this store existed before today and it is now officially my favourite pet store....the staff are sooooo knowledgable and helpful which is rare these days....popped in with my Duty manager to get a couple of new budgies for our care home as out little Billy passed away last night and the assistant we received today was outstanding .... I did promise I'd check out this FB page and say what web named them.....so their named are now Bonnie and Clyde..... I'll try to post a few pics... Thanks again for all you help....and you'll definitely see me again soon....with my boys....xxxx

Love these guys! We came in once a year ago for some rat supplies and have since had 12 lovely babies from them. Everyone very friendly and helpful. Can’t recommend them enough.

Just brought a male veiled chameleon from natural world yesterday, he's absolutely amazing, settled in to his enclosure very well and ate straight away last night and this morning, the lady was very knowledgeable and helpful, just cannot wait till I can drive so I can use natural world on a regular basis for all my animals needs :D

Just been to natural world and Ryan has just really helped me choose some great bits for our new puppy. Very knowledgeable and great advise. I'll bring Reg in soon to meet you. Thankyou again.

Excellent pet store with very helpful staff with excellent customer service. A lady called Beth talked me through various dog food brands, advising me which ones would be better for our dog, who's 9 years old with a sensitive stomach. Couldn't have asked for a more helpful member of staff. My dog thoroughly enjoys his new food and his new treats. Thankyou very much

Delt with sebb in the exotics department, absolutely spot on, couldn't ask for a better customer service and the pacman frog I purchased was amazing, quality of animals couldn't be any better, thanks guy

Brilliant service from all staff mainly the blonde woman and two brunette woman top notch service know what there talking about advised me on the right buy for my strong chewer of a dog :) love the atmosphere my dog also agrees with me about staff she loves them all of course if they have a treat! Love the new layout of the store to x

Been in with our 2 rescue huskies and they are always there to help. Whether it be for leads and collars or the best food for our sensitive stomach husky. They always give the doggies a treat as well so they love it here

Totally dissapointed, was after 2 male gerbils around Christmas or just after. After 3 calls to the shop, was promised by their member of staff they would add two onto their next order and ask for different colours.

Was stunned to he told on the fourth phone call that he hadn't done it as he couldn't be bothered!

Terribly dissapointed and let down after being promised good service, and being recommended to the shop by Pingle Pet Shop who are great.
