Attention all Guests please please don't bring pets to the caravan, This is strictly a no pets caravan our neighbours mentioned that pets have been in. Sorry for any inconvenience that this may cause but with our son having allergies and also other guest may also have allergies, Its really unfair, This is strictly forbidden!!! for anybody that brings pets will be asked to leave our holiday home and a refund or bond will not be given! This is also stated in our booking confir...mation, We like to go above and beyond for our guests and we try our best for the caravan to be clean and welcoming, We leave a lot of our personal goods for our guests to enjoy too and its also unfair for items to go missing eg dvds they are there to keep you and other guests entertained. I really didnt want to write this and ive been considering writing it for a few days now but i feel it just needs to be made clear...Again PLEASE don't bring pets, book with a pet friendly caravan. Sorry for all our lovely guests and returning guests who follow our terms stacey.

You will not be disappointed with this caravan as it’s truly a one of a kind! Sleek, modern interior with a stylish decking and outside seating. Its our lovely privately owned caravan, our little home from home! situated in the 5* holiday complex Primrose valley just shy of filey! with Bridlington on 10 minute drive one way and Scarborough a 10 minutes drive the other way! or go a little further and visit the stunning town of Whitby, our personal favorite! not to mention Robins hoods bay inbetween!
not only is the coastal line a fantastic place to visit we also have an entertainment complex on site, only a very short walk away from the caravan! under one roof there is 2 entertainment showbars, amusements, swimming pools, fish and chips and a burger restaurant, outside is a convenience store, takeaway shop, starbucks. childrens play parks dotted around the site, at the otherside of the caravan site is go carting, pedal boats, outdoor climbing, soft play, bar/food, paint your own pottery and more including the beach 🏖
Our caravan is a beautiful model, very stylish and modern.
LOUNGE- sitting area, dining area, central heating throughout, 49" flat screen tv, DVD player and surround sound with a large selection of dvds for a cosy night in!
KITCHEN- toaster, microwave, cooker, pots, pans, plates, cutlery, condiments ext
BEDROOMS X 3 two to include 2 single beds in each and a double bed separate loo and wash basin and an amazing 32" tv with built in netflix in the master bedroom, In the master bedroom you will find hair dryer and an iron.
We have also supplied some board games to keep the kiddies entertained on rainy days.
this is a NO smoking and NO pets caravan, smoking is permitted outside
please leave the caravan how you found it, there is a £50 refundable deposit, the deposit will not be re funded if they're any breakages, signs of smoking/pets and anything that has gone missing, Reductions will be made if the caravan is left untidy and not clean.
