My son and I love coming here. He regularly asks if we can go to the cafe and he always asks for a cup of tea. He's only 5. There is a good selection of hot and cold drinks, snacks and food which are always well made and delicious.

Lovely cafe, I go in at least once every week! The staff are all fab, especially the two women, always friendly and chatty! Good prices and food, good service too, clean inside, little play area for the little ones which is handy for those who pop in with children. My friend had her children's birthday party here a few days ago and it was brilliant, the staff were really attentive and did a fabulous job. Can't recommend these guys enough, it's nice to have a coffee shop in Hamilton�

Just went here for an Indian breakfast. The daal was the best, tasty and falvoursome. Customer service was great (sorry didn't ask the two ladies their name but a shout out to both of them) and the interior is nicely done up with a play area for the kids. Definitely recommend this place to everyone

A huge thank you for hosting my boys party yesterday, one is 5 today and the other will be 4 next week! They absolutely loved it!! Staff did a fantastic job and were friendly and helpful. Great fun had by all!!!!

Visited this place yesterday with my 2 year old as she wanted a milkshake! Got to say its a perfect place for parents with kids, as they have a play area to keep thw kids occupied whilst parents can relax! I told the lady to make my oreo milkshake thick and it was spot on � Great place, great staff amd kids friendly � rated a 4 as not tried much on the menu x

Really lovely little cafe. Excellent idea with the kids corner, my only criticism would be that the children's toys could do with a clean, they were quite grubby. Food and drinks were lovely.

I do enjoy the milkshakes at Never Too Latte! I also enjoy the choices of drinks on the menu were brilliant. Cake is lovely too! I think it's a brilliant idea to have a cafe in Hamilton. The service is good and the location.

One reason it isn't a five star in my opinion is the food I had not long ago - I ordered a English Breakfast and I wasn't a fan of the sausages (had some green spice in them), the turkey rasher wasn't to my liking and it was the most smallest one strand too and the egg seemed to be cooked on an air fryer and it looked/taste plastic. The breakfast wasn't to my taste buds. It just didn't taste like other English Breakfasts I have had unfortunately. But other food I have tried has been good priced and tasted nice.

Four of us went for a drink and a bite to eat at Never Too Latte last Sunday afternoon. A lovely clean place, good selection of toasties, paninis and cakes at very reasonable prices. There is a play area for the little ones whilst you indulge,too.Just a small negative,service could be a bit quicker,but otherwise a pleasant place to eat.

First time coming to this coffee shop, they have done a very nice job of the shop it's very modern and clean, food and coffee were nice but i think the staff need a little more training on the coffee side of things in regards to speed and knowledge, i feel like the atmosphere would be better if they had some music or the radio on as it was just silent and abit awkward. I would come again and hopefully it will get better and more popular with time and experience.

Most tables were taken up by people who weren't even eating they were just talking letting their kids jump around on the sofas leaving no space for anyone else. Went to the counter to ask a member of staff for more chairs but we received no acknowledgement at all they just ignored us so we just walked out. I hope this improves over time as it looks like it has a good potential

I have ordered at 12:13 and still waiting at 12:54 and counting. Saw the gentleman walk in with mushrooms I guess they run out. Dont think the lady is used to dealing with people as her customer service skills are questionable! Was really looking forward to eating here as it seems great for families but definitely not recommending after my experience.
