Solid effort in the early bird class this morning! Felt good to be back training this morning after last weekendÔÇÖs stupid running, had enough complete rest and now time to get back to building progress again!
Places for next weeks early bird classes are already being booked, so book early as places are limited. These classes are tabata/HIIT style, small numbers of people and you will be training alongside myself.... Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 06:30.
