Northallerton Leisure Centre offers fantastic leisure facilities for all, combining our entire Zest range, Health & Fitness, Swim, Sports and Juniors!
An excellent sized Health & Fitness Gym, kitted out with the latest in cardiovascular and weight equipment by industry leader Technogym is a pleasure for you to workout in. The complete Leisure Centre experience offers swimming in a 25m Leisure Pool with fun features including flume, waterfall, waves and geysers, poolside Sauna and Health & Fitness Studio for a terrific range of Fitness Classes. The Sports Hall caters for a great choice of sports activities. It is also the perfect venue for kids birthday parties. Plus don't miss out on using our floodlit pitch.
Whether you want to splashdown in the leisure pool; work out in the Fitness Gym and Studio; run around the sports hall; or unwind with a sauna the centre is the place for you.

Tuesday Tip: Don't get stuck on the treadmill
New exercisers often do the same routine for the same duration at the same intensity every time they work out. Don't stay on the treadmill until you either die of boredom or get hurt! As your workouts get easier, you are fooled into thinking you have become super fit. In reality, your muscles have just grown accustomed to the challenge.
Be sure to mix up your routine by varying your time and intensity and by cross-training and us...ing other equipment.

Group Fitness Bingo
Customers taking part in group fitness classes this summer across the four leisure centres can pick up a Festival of Fitness ‘Bingo card’ from reception.
Anyone who attends 20 group fitness classes between 22 July and 31 August 2019 will receive a Zest water bottle and will be in with a chance to win 1 month FREE Zest Freedom membership in the grand prize draw.
... The ‘Fitness Bingo Card’ must be stamped and initialled by a member of staff during each attendance.

Every time a junior swims between 22 July and 1 September 2019, they can have a reward card stamped. If they swim 5 times during this period they will receive a 6th swim FREE.

Summer Pool Parties We will be putting the fun back into swimming again this summer with the return of our popular Summer Pool Party complete with summer inflatables, party music and colour changing water.
*The parties are usually popular with limited places available so it is recommended to arrive early.
Work hard and dig in at our Outdoor Boot Camp class running every Monday between June and August from 6.15-7pm.
