The greatest squash league in the world PSL continues after the Christmas break this Tuesday 9th January at 7pm with some great line ups. This could be one of the last times you will see England’s number 1 & 2 and former world number 1’s Nick Matthew and James Willstrop play a competitive match....You will also have the opportunity to see world class squash players Declan James, Nicolas Mueller, Richie Fallows and our Egyptian superstar Hana Ramadan who will be playing former world number 1 Laura Massaro. SquashSkills will be running a pre-season coaching camp at NSRC from the 30th September – 1st October. The camp will be headed up by SquashTV commentator and England Squash National Coach, Lee Drew alongside SquashSkills Founder Jethro Binns and NSRC’s Club Pro, Lewis Walters. There will be fitness workshops delivered by SquashSkills fitness guru, Gary Nisbet.

First PSL match of the season away at Leicester Squash Club. Unfortunately lost the match 3-2 but all of our players put everything into it and left everything on the court tonight. Great effort guys. Looking forward to the next match.

A huge congratulations to Noah Duckworth on becoming Deaf Squash Junior World Champion from everyone at Nottingham Squash Rackets Club. A fantastic achievement!!

MB Nottingham in partnership with The University of Nottingham are excited to announce that we have secured the signing, for the 2016/17 PSL season, of 3 times World and British Open champion, 8 time British National Champion and Double Commonwealth games Gold medalist Nick Matthew OBE. On the back of this exciting news we are looking forward to watching some great squash played here in Nottingham this PSL season, the signing of Nick has given a spark to the Nottingham PSL team and all of the sponsors and supporters are relishing the chance to give a warm welcome to Nick at NSRC and The University of Nottingham

50- mile ride, starting and finishing at the Club, taking us through some of the villages in the Vale of Belvoir. Will include a cafe stop around half way (at Dove Cottage nr Plungar). Pace will be 14 to 15 mph on what is quite a forgiving route (only a few hills!) No-drop policy! Open to members and ex-members. Club to provide a "match tea" at the end. Cost TBA. Usual stuff about making sure your bike is well maintained, carry spare inner tube / tools etc. Helmets compulsory.... We'll make a call on the ride on the Saturday afternoon if weather looking dodgy! Please feel free to invite others. Meet at 10:45 for 11:00 roll out. Aiming to be back at Club by 4ish
