We just had our latest Usui Reiki Ryôhô level one course de brief, and certificate presentation. As usual all students found working daily on the Reiki precepts and meditation the most impactive and relaxing aspect of Reiki 🙏

I suffer from anxiety and depression.... the meditation and conversation I had with Richard has really helped realise a lot of my problems were only perceptions. Even after a couple of sessions I fee so much better.

I have been suffering from stress, total lack of focus and just felt rotten. After two sessions of reiki and some common sense life coaching I am on my way back to how I actually felt years ago, I would recommend to anyone

I have been a Reiki practitioner for seven years and really enjoy it. I hope to be joining a great team at Nottinghamshire Reiki in the summer. I like the way they teach the original Eastern style of reiki and profits go to charity ... spot on 10/10
