Ever thought of wall climbing? - we have some pics here from Lee. He absolutely loves going to the climbing centre and apart from the physical benefits, he said it is a really sociable activity and has made some lovely friends there. x

This lovely, lively lady is Natalie, who told us that she started small doing short distances before building up to a marathon. She doesn’t always find it easy but knows how much good exercise does her and works with a personal trainer to keep herself motivated. She is another person who feels that exercise is key to keeping herself well. Hat's off to you Natalie xxx

This is Natalie enjoying her aerial activities. Natalie feels that the classes have made a real difference to her lung capacity and is the reason why she hasn’t needed so much treatment in the recent months. We think it looks really exciting. x
