Welcome to NUYU Personal Training. Here at NUYU PT I am focused on helping our client to achieve the unexpected, to work hard towards all goals and aspirations! ! I am here to aid you and help you perform better than you ever thought possible! NUYU stands for "Never Underestimate Your Underneath" which a lot of people do! Have you ever wanted to. . . . . . Shed a few pounds? be more active with your children? Get back into that dress you love so much? Want to train for certain goal e. g a marathon, back to match fitness from injury? Fulfil your enjoyment of fitness and exercise? Or just have a desire to add a few years to your life by being as fit as possible? Then I am here to help. I can provide you will all that you need and help you to reach what you previously thought impossible. My aim is to make you happy. I can offer training from gym based, outdoor training, circuits, group sessions, home training or even online training. Also here at NUYU we can offer diet /nutrition advice or even supply diet plans*. For any information you need please don't hesitate to ask and I will be more than happy to help.
