Took my two kiddies yesterday and it was my first experience in years and after a mix up with tickets/film times(staff mixed it up) the staff were very helpful at sorting out straight away so it hasn't put me off coming back my kids loved every minute :)

P.s very clean and comfy seats too.

All im gonna say is Premier nights at Odeon are the best goddamn nights EVER!!

We went on the opening night of Infinity War and Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom last night and it was AMAZING!!

The staff were all cosplaying and looked like they really enjoyed their jobs, it was such a laugh.

The atmosphere as you walk in was so friendly and fun!

Im definitely gonna book for opening nights again!

Lovely cinema... clean.. lovely friendly staff... what i dont like (and its not just this cinema!) Is having to chose your seat.... hate sitting down in a near empty cinema only to find somone having tickets for the seats beside you.. and there are dozens of seats free everywhere else... id love to go back to walking in and chosing a seat when you get in there!!!

Also when you do pay you cant see the seats you have bought!!

Ladies toilet on the ground floor out of order still, had to report issue with one stall too.

Ice cream booth STILL unmanned on a Saturday. Ridiculous and money loss on a very warm day huge!

Film was great and cinema was a comfortable temperature- thank you.

Staff as pleasant and helpful as always - thank you.

User

Great access for disabled people, comfortable seats.

I find the only place where the surround sound works is in the front seats but not too near the front that you're looking up all the time and causing neck injuries.

User

Went to see the las Jedi this evening and the film was brilliant , however I felt like I was being cooked ! I get it’s cold out and the heating is on but OMG I was melting and I’m pretty sure I was not the only one .

User

Visited the odeon lincoln today to watch pitch perfect 3.

We are regular visitors to the cinema so was shocked today at staff rudeness, and i think the staff member that was rude was a higher member of staff. The staff are normally so friendly at the odeon so maybe the managers should take a few notes from the other workers!!

Shame, as politeness and manners cost nothing!

User

The odeon is over priced. The down escalator wasn't working last night when we came out of screen 6, and i cant cope with lfts so a lot of walking. On the up side staff very nice and pleasant and seats comfortable

User

The cinema itself is clean, the staff are friendly but the prices are extortionate.

Kinema is just over half the price and not that far away.

Lincoln need to rethink their prices and soon

User

The cinema is perfectly fine and the staff are polite and helpful but it is so expensive. The drinks and sweets are extortionate. It is cheaper for us to drive to Woodhall Spa and pay the petrol costs and we don't have to pay for parking either.

User

Odeon lincoln is ok.. does what it's supposed to shows films.. I come from the south and don't understand why lincoln prices are so high.. also small bottle of water 1.75.. cinema clean and staff polite..but think need to look at prices then people may go more

3 tickets for 3D Star Wars cost £49.50 in premium seats. The seats aren’t that premium - there’s no added amenities like at the Odeon in Liverpool. So I think it’s expensive.

Projection was a bit dark.

The prices for sweets and soft drinks is also very high.

User

Lovely cinema, but tickets, food and local parking are so expensive. Also free WiFi works in the lobby, but didn’t in the screen (stopped bright screens during the movie I guess)

User

Grossly over priced! £45 for the 3 of us with a drink each and one medium pop corn. We won't be back again. The one saving grace was the polite staff.

User

Enjoyable night out, polite and friendly staff who refunded a ticket purchased for a friend who unfortunately had to cancel last minute due to car trouble. Saw 8.30pm showing of Pitch Perfect 3. Unfortunately, however, the sound quality was terrible. I did wonder at first if it was just the trailers but the film songs and dialogue were not always clear. Didn’t say anything on way out as had to get back to babysitters. Shame really as everything else was good.

User

Although the film, the seats and the actual cinema were of a very good standard the prices are astronomical. For myself and my 3yrs old son to watch Incredibles 2 was £18!! Then plus a small pick a mix, small coke and small popcorn another £11 was spent. Nearly £30 for 2hrs of entertainment is absolutely crazy. As much as my son loved his first ever cinema experience my bank balance most certainly did not! We wont be coming again!!

User

Ticket machine without paper, huge queues at all food and drink outlets, people input seats when we eventually got in to see the film! Not enough staff and not prepared for a busy, wet and cold half term!

User

Over priced for lincoln looks like we need A better cinema to knock down your prices plus no theatre like standee just empty spaces not like a cinema once was 😡

User

Every time I go I vow never to go back. Always expensive. Always full of dickheads.

Dear Odeon Cinema Lincoln. Thank you for your email, I note however it contains a few errors and I hope you may find the following text helpful in future.

Dear Mr Kirkrman

It's nearly time to visit us to see your chosen film. We are so looking forward to seeing you and helping you to lighten your bank balance at this very challenging time of year to your bank balance.

Choose from our extensive range of grossly over priced food, drinks, snacks and sweets. Our staff are always happy to see you being ripped off so please spend lots.

While you're here why not pick your next film with us, as we know at present you have very little choice in Lincoln itself. We are all working very hard here with the new cinema chain proposing to come to Lincoln to ensure we can maintain our ridiculously high prices. We know you paid £31.71 to see your film with us and appreciate that had you gone to OUR cinema in Sheffield the same film at the same time would have cost you £18.75 but we have saved you time and fuel by allowing you to visit us.
