The age-old question: How often should I have an eye exam?
We recommend a full check up once every two years for those who wear glasses, or contact lenses wearers should have an eye examination every 12 months - unless you notice any vision issues or changes, in which case we advise booking a consultation asap.

Having recently broken my glasses and devastated at the fact that I would have to walk around in an old pair I went to my local opticians - Opticks in Woodhall Spa. The staff were both very welcoming and put my mind at rest that they will be able to help with my 'Jack Duckworth' like glasses. I have since had an eye exam and Julie (the optometrist) has worked wonders. I will now be able to read again without having to hold words at arms length and my glasses will be replaced and new lens with all the bells and whistles fitted. Highly recommended - #alwaysuselocalbusinesses
