I am a physiotherapist, qualified in Poland with a permanent UK registration and CSP membership.
I have a great expierience from working as a therapist in Poland and currently also in NHS England.

1. My philosophy and approach.

As all organs and systems of the body are interconnected we are not able to treat one part without influencing and changing the whole. The musculoskeletal system has interconnections into all the other systems of the body. Physiotherapists are taught to treat the patients, not just the disease, simply in a holistic manner. As an experienced therapist I have the ability and skills available to help you with a wide variety of problems:

by providing excersise programmes, including massage, manual mobilisation and elements of yoga and pilates.


2. What to expect when you visit me?

I will give you 100% attention!

I'll carry out a thorough assessment before beginning treatment. This will include an examination as well as a discussion of your symptoms and their causes.
Please come along wearing comfortable clothes so I can examine you properly and take you through some exercises to help ease your particular problem. To examine you properly, I may ask you to remove some of your clothes. If you do not feel comfortable doing so, that is absolutely fine. It will help me to make an accurate assessment if you bring some shorts and a T-shirt to change into instead.

3. Home visits.

If you unable to visit my place, please call or simply send me a message - I will visit you in your own environment and provide treatment as needed .
