The Company Outcast Hairdressing Salon
We choose to share time and space. We do this so that we may grow to understand how we may contribute to the team and the results that will enrich us both.
To give you a bit of back ground to the salon, below is a brief history of Outcast, the story so far…
Outcast opened in September 1998, by Carlo Cardinale. The salons success has been built upon its relationships with the clients and customers of Outcast. Outcast strongly believes in 5 star customer service and we are always striving to give you the best experience. Carlo (salon director) and Vicky (salon manager) are both international members of the Paul Mitchell education team travelling around educating other hair designers. All this amazing information they receive translates directly back to the team here at Outcast hair where it gets educated to them and used on all our guests.

Wonderful experience, I just left Carlo to do what he thought would suit me and I had a colour and restyle and I am very very happy with the results and will definetly be going back. Also thank you to all the staff that are very attentive but not overpowering from the moment you walk through the door.

Top class salon who have put the excitement back into a trip to the hairdressers! Their passion and enthusiasm is really contagious and even though I wasn't entirely sure what to do with my hair, Carlo just "got it". A little creativity instead of the safe option and I could not be happier with the results. Outcast are real experts in their field, worth every penny.
Super Friendly, explained everything they were doing as they were doing it and did an amazing job with my hair. Booked my next appointment already! X
Me and my sister went there today and we both had the best experience that we have ever had from a salon. The staff were all lovely and very friendly. Would highly recommend to anyone. Definalty the best hairdressers I have visited.

I've been to Outcast hair to dye my hair and everything was perfect. Leonie listened to me carefully and she made my colour hair exactly as I wished. Every person from there is helpful and nice and I spend a great time with them. I can't wait next time when I'm going there and I recommend this salon for everybody. It's the best!
I went into the salon today to have a wash and blow dry by Sam . From the moment I walked through the door every member of staff was friendly, happy etc . Even though I was not a full paying customer, I was treated like one and I really felt comfortable. Sam was very knowledgeable , approachable and professional. I would recommend this salon to anyone .

I love Outcast...I know that I'm going to get the best service in Northampton..It's a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. It cost me about £8 a week, so that's a packet of cigarettes 2 glasses of cheap wine. the average take-away.
I had an amazing time yesterday. All the staff were kind and helpful, my hair looks and feels fantastic (which it definitely wasn't when I first walked in!) I even got a better cup of tea than I can make myself. Thank you everyone!
Hard working and professional staff who do all they can to provide not only a great cut but make sure your visit is a great experience. Everything from the environment to the coffee is set to put the customer at the centre of all they do. Highly recommended

Another 5 star experience at Outcast. Carlo is brilliant at cutting my hair and did an amazing job transforming me from a blonde to a redhead. And there's always a great atmosphere in the salon, with excellent service from all the staff.

Always a great experience at Outcast, fabulous friendly service from all of the team, delicious coffee, nice relaxed atmosphere and of course always walk out feeling a million dollars with fabulous hair. Loving the new man cave too have booked my hubby in to try it out. Totally recommend.
After I managed to ruin my hair by dyeing it at home, I needed someone who knew what they were doing to correct it... I could not have hoped to find a better place than Outcast hair salon! I am still not sure how Carlo managed to do what he did, but my hair looks amazing- a great colour, cut & customer service to 5* standard!
Absolutely brilliant!! Coran’s hair was a crazy mass of curls and he now has a gorgeous new hair style!⭐️❤️
