We visited today for the first time with our dog Luna. Such a great shop, had all sorts to choose from and the staff were great! Claire fussed our dog and made us feel welcome even though they were really busy! Great little shop I'm sure we will be back �

The guys here are so helpful. I was a little unsure which tent layout I wanted so was shown many options. The team then proceeded to check everything was ok with the tent before letting me buy. There are also so many other items on offer at great prices. If you are off to a festival or have a little one going off to camp this is definately a place to visit. I will be returning to buy more items. Thanks again for a great service x

Ive visited Outdoors 4 you a couple of times now and have found the staff extremely happy to help. The perfect place to pick up items for my Brownie and Guide unit at the perfect price. Well worth the journey!

I visited last month, not knowing much about camping I was wandering around like a lost sheep, I was quickly rescued by a friendly and extremely knowledgeable staff member and guided around the shop to get everything I needed. I couldn't believe how little I paid for so much equipment. Thanks for your help, I had a great night's sleep camping and I will return when I need more things for my next adventure. �

Great place, ideal to kit the kids out for their first cub or scout camp, yourself for a festival or add to your family camping kit. Friendly, helpful staff who will keep in mind other bits of kit you are looking for.

Fantastic staff, made to feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble, very helpful and offered great advice. My son enjoyed doing the little quiz round the shop and loved exploring the tents. The young female member of staff I chatted to was absolutley lovely and a pleasure to talk to. Will defintiley be back and recommend to friends

As a Cub leader I am always looking for retailers that offer value for money when it comes to camping. I am happy to recommend Outdoors4You to my Cub's Parents

Went to the sale today, purchased a Kampa Major field kitchen & Kampa universal wind shield > Excellent pieces of kit BUT on checking prices on google could have got the field kitchen slightly cheaper, due to getting the wind shield for only £5 made it a palatable purchase at £45 total.

Just got back from our first family camping trip with our 5 year old and 2 year old. It was only spoiled by the tent leaking badly on the first night soaking all of our clothing. Had to spend half a day of our 3 day trip drying clothes and going to a camping shop to buy sealant/tape. This is not in any way the fault of Outdoors4You, but clearly a manufacturing issue. As you would, I came to return the tent for a refund the day after we returned. However, I was met by a very aggressive young man who told me in a very defensive/aggressive manner that he did not have to issue a refund. He then continued to add that that the tend must be in a muddy/wet state and therefore it could not be in the condition that I bought it in. I said that was not the case, but he insisted that it must be if it had leaked. Not only was this the rudest person I've ever encountered in retail, but this was also one of the most spectacular logic fails or assumption-laden remarks I've ever witnessed. Erm, it only rained on the first night...and it wasn't muddy; the next 2 nights/days were sunny and warm; we cleaned the tent thoroughly anyway before packing it away etc. etc. On not believing me the 'gentleman' opened the tent to 'astonishment' that a customer could possibly be telling the truth. No apology was forthcoming, just a refund given in silence....

I'm not a small chap, but I felt threatened. However, my overwhelming feeling was that of complete disbelief that this had actually just happened.

Having just returned from a short break, much of which was taken up with drying clothes, visiting a camping store, fixing a tent (and spending a reasonable amount on repair materials on a tent we wouldn't be keeping), consoling my two young children etc. etc., I didn't expect that the holiday wouldn't be further ruined by a poor experience with the retailer. However, Outdoors4You exceeded all of my expectations in supplying the worst retail experience I've EVER had in all of my forty plus years. So well done you. I'll be sharing this experience widely.
