Went for the first time today and was so impressed! The facilities are amazing and the staff all very friendly. Was especially impressed with Luke who was fantastic with my 3 year old son!

We’ll definitely be returning!

We took our young children for the first time today and one of them was a bit scared by the idea of a trampoline park but your staff were great and really understanding. They both had a fantastic time in the end and I’m sure we will be back!

We really enjoyed the Sunday morning Peaceful Play session with my Belper group, Special Friends. All of the staff were warm and fantastic with the kids. The centre was lovely and quiet, aswell as clean and well laid out. Thank you for a great morning Oxygen, we will definitely be coming again!

We attended the little o’s toddler session for the first time today with our little boy. We booked and completed our waivers online so when we got there they checked us in really quickly! We were really impressed with how much there was to do to keep our little one busy and active! The staff were great and very supportive, holding our little ones hand as he jumped onto the airbag! Our little boy absolutely loved seeing little O himself arrive to do some jumps onto the airbag. What a great extra during the session. We all had a great time, we’ll definitely be back.

Visited oxygen today for the first time with my 2 & 4 year old and a friend of my 4year old. It was a great first time experience. I loved being able to keep an eye on the older ones whilst playing with my 2yearold. The layout and staff both exceptional. Help at hand when needed. Loved it. Thank you

Visited Today with my six year old Godson, he had the best time ever! The staff were super friendly, special thanks to Tamar and Louie who made us feel especially welcome. I would recommend this place to anyone! Maybe next time I’ll have a go myself as there were lots of adults there as well as kids. My Godson was on his own but because the staff were super friendly it really didn’t matter at all.

Today was my grandsons 4th birthday party, and we decided to have it at Oxygen Derby. My son and grandson are pass holders and go there once a week, and have always said how good it is and how incredible the staff are.

Today I've experienced it first hand. The staff were all absolutely lovely, and also very professional, the park itself as well as our party room were immaculate and clean. Nothing was too much trouble, and an amazing day was had by everyone who came.

You don't usually go anywhere nowadays and say it was perfect, but Oxygen Derby actually is. It's a wonderful place to get the young ones active, whilst actually having a great time.

Your staff and facilities at Derby are an absolute credit to your business.

Thank you to the team at Oxygen Freejumping Derby for making my daughter’s 7th birthday so fantastic. She had the best time and all of the staff were so attentive. A special thanks to our Party Host Peter, who gave us the VIP treatment. Nothing was too much trouble and he was so polite and helpful and barely left our side the whole time we were at the park. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place for a party. Thanks Peter and the Oxygen Derby team!!!!

Thank you to Adam (I hope Iv got his name right) the 1st aider and the manger who were excellent today when my son decided to badly cut his toe open and got blood everywhere. From being professional, making sure he was okie, bandaged him up and cleaned up all the blood we couldn't of asked for any better service. All staff are friendly, polite and great with the kids. Thank you all for your help and services today ���

On behalf of Special Friends, I would like to thank you for an excellent session this morning. Every effort was made by the team to ensure it was a positive and happy morning for all our families with special needs - great fun was had by all.



We are over the moon that you have decided to make the Sunday morning Peaceful Play a monthly event and we are looking forward to seeing you again soon.

My son loves it here! Most of the staff are brilliant, helpful and patient (often with boisterous boys)! We often come with friends but equally when we come alone he has a great time mainly due to the interactive staff!! Young people get such bad press but the young staff members who work here are just fab! The Manager also friendly and helpful! Highly recommended especially the monthly pass which is amazing value for money and gets me 25% off my coffee too! �

My daughter has had her 6th birthday party here today and it has been fantastic. The traffic in derby was awful due to an accident and so most of the guests, including us, were late. Josh, our party host, was fantastic and worked incredibly hard all evening to make sure everything went well. We were able to wait for the majority of guests to arrive before starting the party bouncing time, ensuring most didn't miss out and still had the full party experience, just an hour later than booked. Josh even rang when we were stuck in the traffic to tell me not to worry and that they would be able to sort it out when we got there. The children all had a great time and the food and service were great too. Thanks again to Josh and the other staff.

Just had my daughter’s 8th birthday party and it has been fantastic. All the staff are brilliant and especially Josh, our party host. He really earns his money and is worth every penny! He’s so good with the kids (and the grown ups) and they absolutely loved him.

The management was really accommodating when planning our party and couldn’t do enough for us while we were there.

The venue is also fantastic with so many different sections in the trampoline park and great cafe area to watch from.

The party food was a good enough quality (pizzas and hot dogs) and the party bags really good. (They don’t have any sweets in but we already knew that and took our own).

Great place for kids. It is well set out and very clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. We'll worth the money and the 30 day pass is great value.

Aaron and Cameron in particular are fantastic workers as they are always smiling, helpful and happy to open up the professional trampolines when the park is empty.

My 2 boys enjoyed there jump yesterday but left really disappointed when there were no Pokemon cards as they had ‘not arrived yet’ according to staff? to be honest really poor planning and promotion from them!! you are going ‘all out’ to push the free trading cards and still are promoting the free cards yet you do not have any...� cheers for ruining the trip down for my boys!!!

Good park with lots of activities but as with all of these trampoline parks it's needs way more staff. But not only any staff, staff who enjoy working there.

I would recommend but I'd advise as with most places that you don't just let you kids run free, make sure you stay with them whilst in the arena.

PLEASE make sure that you and your guests add your car registration number at the terminals, the staff didn't tell us that we could do this for extra time on parking and as we went over the amount time we have had a £100 parking fine from Parking Eye. Oxygen or any of the other businesses there are of no help at all if you get a ticket.

I was here today for our 1 hour session for our 5 and 7 year old boys at 2pm.



The member of staff who was doing the briefing was very rude. They showed zero compassion to the fact that they were a little scared of being sat in the room on their own while the briefing went on because i had to get out as i didnt pay to bounce.



Also, in the actual trampolining area, twice my kids got refused to go on the 'ninja warrior' the 1st time we queued for ages to get a go and then some older children barged in front but the attendant was too busy chatting away to somebody else to even notice or care.



The 2nd time the same attendant closed the bars again knowing they were last 2 to go on. I asked him if he was joking but i got the response of a shoulder shrug and he walked off. My kids ended up coming off early cause they didnt want to bounce anymore. I was furious to say the least!



I will not be returning in a hurry.
