Ok, ok..... it's an 8inch chocolate fudge cake, with a milk chocolate buttercream filling and coating, edged in milk and white chocolate biscuit fingers, topped with a box and a half of dairy box chocolates, then finished with dark, milk and white chocolate curls 😍😍😍

Sometimes the simplest things are the best.... today's order included an 8inch vanilla sponge cake filled with raspberry jam and vanilla bean buttercream, finished with a dusting of icing sugar, a 2lb coffee & walnut loaf cake topped with a coffee buttercream and chopped walnuts, a 2lb lemon drizzle loaf cake drenched in a zingy lemon glaze, then covered in lemon icing and decorated with lemon jelly sweets, and 24 undecorated fairy cakes 😍😍😍

Another cake out this week was this baby pink swirl cake.... a 6inch 4-layer vanilla cake filled and covered with a vanilla bean buttercream

I had the honour of making this very cute unicorn cake yesterday... It's 3 layers of chocolate fudge cake, with a milk chocolate filling, coated in a vanilla bean buttercream, and vanilla sugarpaste. The multi-coloured mane is decorated with sugarpaste flowers and daisies, and little silver balls

The very best part of my job is getting to make special cakes for my family. This week I had the honour of making my baby cousins first birthday cake, with a matching cake smash cake. I absolutely love them... even the ruffles that took 4 hours to make 😂

Just letting everyone know, the tubs I ordered for the cakeaway boxes aren't being delivered til next Monday 😢 BUT, it's given me time to plan 5 flavours that will be available from next Tuesday....

Hi guys, this morning I was making a butterscotch tart and it got me thinking about toffee apples.....bit of a leap, but it's how my mind works 😂 I used to love them as a child, but realised I'd not had one in years :( So then I thought about making some for bonfire night this year.....what do you think? I'd make the traditional hard red toffee ones, and also the softer caramel ones. Both would be dipped in sprinkles as well, then individually wrapped in cellophane bags and t...ied with a ribbon. I've spent the day pricing up my ingredients and packaging, and they'd be priced at £2 for the toffee ones, and £2.50 for the caramel ones (still working on if I can do a multi-buy offer) Would anyone be interested in ordering? Or are they a thing of the past?

Have a question guys..... when I bake your cakes, I always trim the tops of the sponge so your cakes are lovely and level.... but I'm left with lots of yummy sponge which usually ends up getting thrown away 😢 So I had a thought.... what do you think of trays of cubed sponge, topped with buttercream, chocolate/lemon/strawberry drizzle, sprinkles/cookies/brownies etc?? I'm thinking £5.50 a tray, and flavours/toppings dependant on what cakes I've made......

Who likes lemon??? 🍋🍋🍋 My dad's birthday cake.... 3 layers of lemon sponge, with 2 layers of lemon buttercream. Completely coated in more buttercream, with a lemon curd drip, and decorated with lemon cookies, and white chocolates

The navy blue and gold are stunning together, and remind me of the very first wedding cake I made 💗💗💗
