Was great to see the new shop now it's been refitted, a much better layout and nice and easy to look around all the beautiful jewellery on display. The Mansfield store is by far the best Pandora shop I have visited (and I've visited lots), friendly staff who are always happy to help you make just the right purchase. Keep up the good work...I can't wait until my next visit when I'll be sure to treat myself to something fabulous!

Since buying my pandora bracelet just over a year ago. Iv been to this store twice and both occasions had a very pleasant experience! I bought my bracelet in my closest store (at the time) but the staff there are snobby and won't help. Looking forward to using my new store I workington in due course. Will be back at this store aswell when I return to see family down there in future. Thank you!

I had my engagement ring replaced today. I fell over on holiday and badly ruined the back to the point that I could no longer wear it. Thank you for the excellent customer service and for making it possible for me to wear my ring again. �����

Excellent customer service by the manager on Tuesday! After being fobbed off by2 other stores, Mansfield branch swapped my faulty ear rings within minutes, no questions asked, much appreciated �

Brilliant service today and in under a minute. Mum purchased two rings for my Christmas present. Two hearts that fit inside each other. Outer heart bent over the weekend. Walked in explained the problem. Two new hearts, in my size and back out the door. Fabulous. Highly recommended. xx

Actually stopped going to this shop as the staff are extremely rude and impatient , as soon as I walked in , what dya want ????? Terrible customer service , will travel to Nottingham to purchase my pandora charms from now on
