Did you know that a study has found that subjects rated their mood as more pleasant when a room was scented with lemon essential oil than with a malodorous or unscented room? Lemon also lifts the mood and encourages more positive thoughts. 🍋

Simply dab a few drops of oil on a cotton ball or tissue and put into a cup holder or the side door pocket. Another method is to add a few drops to water in a spray bottle and spritz the inside of your vehicle.

Did you know that you can create your own DIY candles that are mixed with our essential oils? 🥽
All you have to do is follow these instructions:
... 1. Melt soy wax in a pot over low-medium heat 🌡 ∙ 2. Once melted, add 80-100 drops of your favourite essential oils 💐 ∙ 3. Anchor the wick to the bottom of the jar using a bit of wax 🕯 ∙ 4. Tape wick upright (use a pen or ruler to help) ✒️ ∙ 5. Pour wax into your jar 🤞🏻 ∙ 6. Let stand until solid (about 1 hour). ⏰ ∙ 7. Cut wick to desired length. ✄
