Apprentice Instructor Phil did an excellent job this morning teaching Jordan in a 1-2-1 session. Flowing in the different ranges was the focus of today's session. Excellent work from both Phil & Jordan! 👍🏻👍🏻

A truly amazing session today! Students started with some edged weapons flow drills & then progressed to isolated weapons sparring inserting high & low line destructions. Phil delivered some excellent coaching to the group that really helped everyone 👍🏻👊🏻
