We are offering sports massage and remedial therapy through a very nice lady who I have meet today her name is Lexi Wesley Smith .She is mobile if you wish she will travel to your home or you can have your treatment at the gym .

Started here when I was 16 and I just keep coming back, such a great atmosphere everyone wants to train hard and are willing to share their advice. Al + Elaine are probably the biggest reason I come back really nice people who always make the time for you.



Ps. They also have the greatest dogs I miss the 2 rottweilers though. Walk in the gym and see them passed out on the floor. Always a good vibe and a great place to be if you are serious about training.

Love this family run gym which has now been open for 14 years and my second home for pretty much all of them years. Lots of friendly faces and knowledgeable people who have been training for years so if your a first timer learning the ropes or an old school gym rat then come down and take a look £4 a session, £10 for the week (That’s 7 days of training great value for money). Hope to see you all soon. 💪🏾💪🏾
