Nice food

I was running an event at the weekend for a local sports club and decided to order the food from Pioneer. The young lad on the Customer Service desk was extremely helpful, taking time to go through my requirements and finding the perfect fit despite it being late in the day. When we returned to collect the order a few days later and wanted to make a last minute change to the order, he was obliging and made the change with no problems. Very good customer service and would recommend.

I feel I need to praise Harrington store once more . Being one of your best customers , I know it must be hard sometimes to keep up with my demands especially at short notice but Christine and peter at Harrington go far and beyond to help me out all the time . Orders always arrive correctly and promptly and often I ring up last minute if I run out of products and they are so polite and always deliver what I need so promptly without any fuss . Nothing is ever a problem . Service like this just makes me want to keep giving pioneer my business . Christine looks after my account and keeps me right each week . They are a massive credit to your company .

Great products and even better customer service :)

Fantastic service and the best quality burgers and sausages for our May Day Fete. Not forgetting the cheese slices and onions too!!! Thanks so much for looking after us -Hayton Community Project

A big shout out to your dedicated delivery drivers - despite the horrendous snowy weather we received our order in Kelso today as usual. Fantastic and friendly driver. You should be very very proud of your delivery staff
