We’ve had a very busy week, carving pumpkins, making divas and dressing up today, with hotdogs and chips for lunch to end our spooky festival of fun. Linda Winter

Today we have planted some potatoes, the potatoes will be ready in time for our Christmas lunch, the children throughly enjoyed getting involved. Linda Winter

This afternoon we took a trip to the park then went to pick conkers, both children and staff had great fun collecting them. Linda Winter

Here is our lunch today, chicken, vegetables and noodles with a vegetarian option to match.

Today we took a trip to the Coop with some of the children to buy cakes to take to the library to say farewell to the ladies and wish them good luck for the future.

Playdays would like to thank Abbie and Martin Evans for their continued support. Abbie for the sterling work she does fundraising and Martin for all the printing and donation of the A board and banners. It is all very much appreciated. Thank you.

This afternoon some of the staff and children took a trip to the COOP and to George Simnett & Family Funeral Directors to take our Harvest festival donations for their food banks. Parents and carers have been generously collecting for the last few weeks, we are still collecting if you want to donate and then we will have another trip out to take the rest. Well the last two days we have renewed all of our Paediatric FirstAid course. Ready for the next three years!
