As you know the Covid-19 Situation continues to worsen, and after recent internal discussions we have decided to temporarily close our doors from 4pm on 26th March 2020.
For any Emergency Boilers/Boiler Spares we have set aside 2 Member of staff from both branches who are able to get these delivered on a direct basis.
... For Account customers who currently pay via card payment, please try and use the Bac's details as shown on the bottom of an invoice. There is a dedicated member of staff available from the hours of 8:00am - 10:00am (Monday-Friday), so that card payments can be processed manually - Please call 01933 224100

As a business that supplies essential products for key workers (plumbers, electricians and gas engineers); both Plumbco trade counters (Northampton and Wellingborough) will remain open until further notice.
However we will be running on a call/text and collect service only. We ask anyone collecting to please call or text prior to your arrival so we are able to get the goods ready for collection on a non-contact basis 👏

It is business as 'usual' here at Plumbco (both sites will continue to operate normal opening hours)👏
If this changes, we will be sure to let you know.
We do have to kindly ask that customers visiting us are respectful of our employees and other customers. If you are experiencing the symptoms of Covid-19 or you have been in contact with someone who is we kindly ask that you postpone your visit. We will always be able to help over the phone or via email.
... Our staff will be using anti-bacterial sprays throughout the day on regularly used/touched surfaces and products, they will also be following the instructions of Public Health England in terms of washing their hands etc.
Rest assured, there are NO cases involving our staff or customers to date. Our staff haven’t been in contact with anyone that has or is showing signs of the virus, nor have any of our staff recently travelled to or from another country affected by the virus. Any staff that display symptoms or have had contact with such symptoms or suffering with the virus will be self-isolated for 14 days or as instructed by Public Health England.

Christmas Hours 🎄
Plumbco Wellingborough is closed for stock take Friday 20th & Saturday 21st December. The showroom is open for quoting purposes only. We will be open on our last day before Christmas Monday 23rd.
Plumbco Wellingborough will be closing 23rd December PM and re-opening 2nd January.
... Plumbco Northampton will be closing 23rd December PM and re-opening 3rd January (2nd Jan will be stock take).
