Low rise - This style is designed for smaller framed ladys. (small bum,small hips) As they found they struggle to find a pant with a nice fit...and the slim fit pant was born. This pant is a snug comfortable style that still gives you the coverage required on and off the pole.
Pant style - Our pant style aims to fit like a pant, which is comfortable enough to wear without knowing your wearing them. These have been designed for 'safe' spreadies, spatchcocks etc. these have been tried and tested by many polers and safe to say we have never had any slippage yet!!
Boyshort style - This style offers the ultimate coverage. Beautiful and comfortable short, that is designed to allow the freedom and movement needed for pole/stretching while keeping you all intact.
Cheeky Style - has the same coverage as the boyshort but allows a bit of bum to be shown at the back. This is a beautifully cut short, that allows all the coverage needed, but also allowing you to embrace your 'sexy' side.

The sizing is a lot closer to normal high street sizes than some pole brands - I'm a 10-12 and a medium fits with lots of stretch to spare. I bought my first (and as yet only) pair of pole shorts from Polehog and I love them so far! I went for carbon cheekies with a ruched bum - was a bit apprehensive about having my bum out in class but I feel great in them and the colour is so lovely. And it goes great with so many things. They didn't quite fit on the first attempt but Kym was really helpful and responsive in following up and we ended up adding an extra inch around the leg bands to give my bum a little bit more space. They have elicited such comments from my pole friends as "I've been checking out your bum. Not in a weird way. And it looks so good!"...thanks Polehog!
