It is with the deepest regret that I am having to sell my tickets to these Dineke Minton workshops. The MRI showed tjat I have a grade 1 LCL tear so I am stuck in a leg brace for 6 weeks and I can't see the consultant letting me take it off to do heavy landing flips. I bought tickets to both workshops - "Acrobatics N' Dynamics" and "Tricks N' Flips" - for the full price of £90. However, I would be willing to negotiate a small discount or free lessons so that they go to a good home. If you've every wanted to learn flips or pole acrobatics, THIS is your chance!!
