Recently had my first delivery and it was absolutely delicious and to the point. Having tried a few different food prep companies in the past, this is certainly the best. In fact, I have just placed my next order. Makes life so easy. Food is tasty, arrived on time (delivered by DPD), well packaged and clean. Would recommend this to anyone. The menu choice is great and the flavours are good. Thank you.

Professional Company with excellent customer service and responds asap. Food is of restaurant quality and have macros clearly on labels which help with tracking what you eat. Highly recomended

Just placed my second order after being really pleased with the meals last time. With having a new baby and working full time there's very little time to get food prepped for a training diet so these are perfect. I've tried two other company's before and wasn't very impressed so I was sceptical at first but now can't wait to eat the next meal that fits with my training diet.

I've used Prep Perfect a few times now & the food has been amazing, fresh full of flavour & delivered exactly when they say. Jodie is always great at replying answering all my questions & they amazing for gluten free choices. One of the best value & quality prep companies out there. Highly Recommended.

I bought 10 meals to loose weight. The meals are actually surprising nice! There were only 2 I was unsure about. They have loads of flavour and kept me full for the evening. My favourite is the cannaloni courgette. I was unsure about meal preps cause I've tried other company's before and hated them but I would buy this one over again! The best part is I have lost 7 pounds in 10 days which I am super happy about. Thank you! ✨

Brilliant- really tasty, filling and decent selection. Also like the fact the menu is regularly changed so you can’t get bored.

Used Prep Perfect over December for lunch and dinner while extremely busy with work. Excellent delivery and packaging, and most importantly much peace of mind without having to worry about cooking healthy, balanced meals. Overall was very happy with the quality of the food; the Salmon noodles in particular were delicious. My only real criticism is that I'm a little sceptical of the total calories / macro nutrient breakdowns provided, with the details probably over-estimating protein, and under-stocking the carbs and veg (still filled me up though). Would recommend.

The food quality and delivery etc is excellent. The only downside is that I never get a response!! I messaged as I received a discount voucher - two meals free, but when I put the code in at the checkout it didn't take anything off the price. I queried this but never got an answer. Bit of a shame, otherwise I'd give full marks.

The food is delicious and convenient. I'm a new mum and have a toddler. I don't have time to prepare healthy food. It's perfect for me as I'm single, and also very cost effective. It's literally improving my quality of life by giving me more time with my boys and making me feel healthy at the same time. My only gripe is when the food was delivered the woman just handed me the food and walked off without even speaking. I found it a bit rude, and the packs were in the bag side ways so the food had all fallen together and mixed inside the boxes.

Loved the teriyaki salmon and protein waffles!

I liked the sea bass - the accompanying potatoes weren’t that flavourful.



I love DPD delivery as an hour time slot is assigned on day of delivery.



I think the food would benefit from different containers. Ones that allow for the food to be compartmentalised. Or perhaps the food could be packed in smaller containers so that the food fills the container. This way the food wouldn’t be so smushed together?



When there was an item missed from my first order, I was advised the day before delivery and refunded promptly.

Received my meals Friday, started them today and so far they are delicious. I am slightly disappointed though as I’ve gone to order more and my selection has gone up by £12. Not as tempting as the price I paid this week.

I was quite sceptical about ordering pre prepared food but used a discount voucher to trial it and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. Very tasty and fresh. Some things not to my taste like the pancakes, they are a bit heavy, but that's not to say others wouldn't like them. It has given me a better idea of appropriate food portions. Thank you.

I am two days in to the 15 meal pack and I have found the lunches and dinners to be delish and the portion sizes very reasonable.. Sadly though the breakfasts are not so good - The granola - due to the yoghurt already being mixed with the granola it means that the granola absorbs all the moisture from the yoghurt and loses it's crunch as well as making the yoghurt very thick (might be an idea to package this separately so that the customer can mix at the time of eating - I know other food prep companies do this). Waffles - they were a bit dense, I am not sure if this was due to all the syrup/moisture having already been absorbed by the waffle before heating but it made them a little unpleasant to eat. I think I will go for the 10 meal pack next time so I can add my own breakfasts. I would gladly revert when there is some improvement on the breakfast front.

I have had a few orders now so feel I am now able to give an opinion. The food is really tasty 5 stars. The portions are great 5 stars. The macro breakdown is ok 4 stars. Could do with full breakdown for everything. Delivery 2 stars. Thefood is packaged really well. DPD have caused damage to m property delivering the food an it took real efortt doth damage. However, i th short time i hav been usig th company i have had a vegitarian meal whic contained meat and today my meals are short.

Paid and sorted my delivery slot. Delivery never turned up and numerous attempts to speak to DPD (their choice of delivery) and prep perfect themselves have been made but to no avail. Now trying to receive a refund. Can’t comment on the food quality but customer service is very frustrating!

Sadly though the breakfasts are not so good - The granola - due to the yoghurt already being mixed with the granola it means that the granola absorbs all the moisture from the yoghurt and loses it's crunch as well as making the yoghurt very thick (might be an idea to package this separately so that the customer can mix at the time of eating - I know other food prep companies do this). Waffles - they were a bit dense, I am not sure if this was due to all the syrup/moisture having already been absorbed by the waffle before heating but it made them a little unpleasant to eat. I think I will go for the 10 meal pack next time so I can add my own breakfasts. I would gladly revert when there is some improvement on the breakfast front.

I have had a few orders now so feel I am now able to give an opinion. The food is really tasty 5 stars. The portions are great 5 stars. The macro breakdown is ok 4 stars. Could do with full breakdown for everything. Delivery 2 stars. Thefood is packaged really well. DPD have caused damage to m property delivering the food an it took real efortt doth damage. However, i th short time i hav been usig th company i have had a vegitarian meal whic contained meat and today my meals are short.

Paid and sorted my delivery slot. Delivery never turned up and numerous attempts to speak to DPD (their choice of delivery) and prep perfect themselves have been made but to no avail. Now trying to receive a refund. Can’t comment on the food quality but customer service is very frustrating!
