I'm going to be running a little later than usual tonight. Please text me if it's a problem. I can not answer my phone as I'm currently at an awards ceremony for my son.

A notice about payments. Due to an on going issue with late payments I'm changing the process. All balances must be cleared within 3 days of me returning your ironing. If we have agreed on a monthly invoice an email will be sent out as normal. If balances are not cleared I can not collect again until the balance is settled. I'm sorry I'm having to do this however I feel it is the only way. I'm a small business that relys on promt payments to keep the operation running smooth...ly. Just like every business I have overheads that need to be paid ontime. I'm spending an awful amount of time each month chacing unpaid balances. I love what I do and work very long hours and late nights to provide an efficient service. I no longer want to spend the little time I have with my family chacing unpaid balances. Just a quick reminder. Cotgrave is being collected a day early. I will collect Sunday and return Monday. This will be during the normal time between 5 and 6pm.

Customer notice. This mainly effects cotgrave. I will be closed Tuesday 4th June, evening Only and Wednesday 5th june daytime only. Cotgrave will be collected Sunday 2nd and returned Monday night. Collections on Tuesday morning can not be returned until Wednesday night. Sorry for any inconvenience this will cause. I'm off to relive my youth at a spice girls concert.

One of our ironers has left us. She is now officially on maternity leave. Another little princess due in a few months. I just want to thank her for all the hard work and dedication to us. She will be missed and i hope she will return in the future.

Due to parents evening tonight I will be running a little late for tonight's collections.

As a small business owner I am wholly dependent on my clients paying for services in a timely manner. Currently that is not the case as there is several payments currently overdue. As the business has grown I have employed staff who depend on me for wages. By not paying in a timely manner this compromises my ability to run my business successfully therefore I would kindly request that all outstanding balances are paid in full by Wednesday 6th March.
