I'm a regular customer and I cannot fault one thing! The stuff is beautiful!!! Jenny delivers the stuff directly to my door. And also Jenny waited for a payment from me due to a fault with me switching bank accounts and not once has she moaned. She keeps me updated on my items. Once one item had a fault due to no fault of Jennys it was the suppliers and Jenny swapped the item without any hesitation. A friend of mine said how beautiful my home is and where all my things are from and the first place I say is pretty little home on Instagram. Because that is where most of my things are from. Keep it up Jenny my you are doing amazing xxxx

My side table just arrived with a split in the wood and the table is severely bowed. Such a disappointment �

Absolutely gutted that I’ve cancelled my treatbox after only 2 months of having it. I can’t believe the items that were in it, definitely not worth £10, no nice paper inside to keep it nice & together either. The first month (December) was so good aswell it came beautifully presented and I loved the items in it but unfortunately the second box was just not good.

So far I'm not overly impressed I'm a new customer and they're ignoring my emails as I haven't received my parcel I ordered chased them up said they have website problems I've now sent 4 messages and still nothing I'm fuming. Quick enough to take my money. Will be Mali g a complaint if my order hasn't arrived by Monday.
