Wow what a gem of a place with such a lovely couple running this vintage country store . Thanks for all your help in fitting all my super buys in my mini ! Now stored away in garage awaiting some paint or wax . Well worth the drive over and yes I will be visiting many many times I think �

Went for 3 chairs and a mirror and came home with more of course!!! Brilliant place, like an aladdin ' s cave. Will be back for more as we finish the house xxx

We had a wonderful afternoon browsing through the Aladdins cave of delights. Claire's a fun helpful proprietor. The Ercol chair was my first 'find' exactly what I wanted. The sweet little cupboard we bought has already had the old dark varnish stripped revealing beautiful oak. Its pleasing to see a a business keeping their prices realistic. Highly recommended. Looking forward to visiting again.

Very happy with my purchase - the teak retro drop leaf dining table! It was exactly as seen in the photo and described by Claire. Any additional questions were answered straight way and to the point. It fits nicely in my flat and it's pretty stable. She and her hubby delivered it to me in a timely manner, too. Overall, a very nice experience! Would recommend! Thank you so much! xxx

If you want super modern, flatpack, chipboard furniture with sharp edges (that'll fall apart in a couple of years) then look elsewhere. The furniture I purchased could either be used as is for a shabby chic look, or, once rubbed down and a soft stain/french polish, are as new. To buy or commission solid wood, handmade furniture now to the same quality would cost thousands!
